Hi

So I'm new here and I can't complaint about my genetics when it comes to penis size. Without any enlargement it's 7 inch long and 5-5.3 inches girth. I like my length, and I don't want any more because i bottom out my girlfriend already. I just want more girth, I want to stretch her out to the maximum she can take. And I think she is able to takem ore than 5.3 girth. So do you have any exercises too increase only girth. Would you be able to give me a good description what to do exactly. ( I don't have any materials)

Hi David,
If you want an exercise that will only hit girth then I suggest you give the ssj's a try.
I personally perform these flaccid , simi erect or fully erect. Performing them fully erect will give you the greatest expansion.
To do them you want to grip around the base of your shaft with a " ok grip " and squeeze rather tightly. Performing a kegal prior to this will engorge your cock with more blood and you can hold it with the grip. Once you have a good tight grip at the base begin to move that hand up towards the head without loosing grip so you feel the preasure build within your cock. With your other hand take a " ok grip" just below the head of your cock and begin to push down towards your other hand. When you do this you will feel imense preasure inside your shaft.
When you first do the ssj's start off with a time duration of about 20 seconds for 3 or 4 sets . In time you will be able to increase the hold. Be aware this is a very powerful exercise and you will more than likely experience red spotting along your shaft. Don't worry about this too much as they will dissappear within 24 hours.
To help with holding onto the expansion that you will create with this exercise I suggest you purchase a cock ring to put on after your workout to hold onto that expansion. Remember to remove it every hour to circulate the blood in your cock and you can even perform a few ssj's whilst flaccid to get an extra pump before putting the cock ring back on. It's advised not to wear the cock ring to bed.
I understand you are not interested in gaining length but I would seriously consider a bathmate and going off your current stats the X40 would be good for you. Using the bathmate along with the ssj's you eill have an extremely strong girth routine. Most of the Brotherhood follow a 5x5x3 routine which consists of 5 minutes bathmate followed by 5 minutes ssj's three times over. This is a very very powerful routine and is highly recommended.

I hope I've managed to help you out and I'm sure some of our other members will also pass on some advice.

SRT has girth available manual techniques like jelqing, SSJ, uli's, bundle stretching...etc

SRT also covers how to grow with a water based pump for girth. Investigate and see if it's worth the money. I suggest trying manuals first and sticking with the newbie routine for gains.

I would highly recommend the bathmate extreme. they arent cheap but will give immediate temporary gains, and if you use it consistently as part of a routine you will make permanent gains to your girth. I would order one ASAP and in the mean time practice jelqing and edging.

Bathmate or Penomet is a great tool, they're both great for girth gaining but can also produce length gain. Clamping and jelqing would be more direct girth gain.
Beardedbaldy did make good points about the Bathmate, even considering the length. It would be great just before "sexy time."

Anyway, I have that clamp, it is rigid and well built. Takes a moment to get the hang of wrapping (but I found out that a cockcage type of ring actually works out for me), but it's definitely a great tool in girth gain protocol.
Read up on the clamping section! If you have the funds, of course it's a nice idea to get a Bathmate.

One more thing; cable clamps are one thing, but they're not very wide/long and they do break; I did break one a while ago. (The teeth locking mechanism snapped.)
