Hello my brothers. I have not been on for a long time and i promise to be active in this wonderfull forum. First of all let me thank all the brothers and special thanks for Dld who gives very good advices.

I have been very much on and off to PE. I have been doing it for like 3-4 years and gained like 0.7 in length and 0.25 in girth. Thats pretty slow yes but i am kind of satisfied, as i have so much motivation and free time. I will use it for PE. I am now 7 inches in length and 5.5-5.6 in girth and last woman i was with loved it pretty much she complimented very much on the girth and my sex skills.

My routine is started since 10.July.2016 as is this:

1- After waking up from sleep i start warming up 5-10 minutes in the shower.
2-Eating breakfast then taking a caffeine drink or called pre-workout it helps giving me too much energy and focus.
3-I begin bodybuilding exercises + manual strechting after setts so i combine PE with buildning muscles because its important to be healthy and in a good form plus i want to weigh as low as i can to remove the pad fat so my penis can look bigger. I think i have like 1.25 inches or maybe more fat pad... i want to be at least 0.35 but i am not on hurry. I am 5'10 and like 165 pounds still have fat stomach but good muscle shape. (manual stretches for like 15 minutes overall)

4-Put on my Phallosan Forte (got it on 10.July) with highest tension as possible for like 1-1.5 hours then change side or take off for pee ect. it sometimes start to hurt but i am aware of injury and very much careful with that. i do like 8-10 hours daily and i do not wear it while sleeping because my sleep is normaly weaker and dont like distracting while sleeping so i use sleep time as healing time because i decide to not take any breakday.

5-Before sleeping i do edging and jelqing combined. I do like 100 jelqs everytime (i do this step like 4-5 a week) thats the only time i masterbate now.

6-And of course i do kegel like twice a week while training my muscles almost 8-10 setts a week together.

7-Then finally i do warm down after my penis got soure i think i need that i feel it gives relieve to my penis.

I also play soccer like 2-3 times a week.
I can really feel my penis growing i sometimes get this feeling it tingels and itches and after i go to sleep i feel some good feeling pain on it.

What do you all think? Should i add more things to speed up my gains? i am focusing on length now as my girth is pretty much good and i want much longer penis. i also have an extender but its not comfortable and slips away very much... i find the phallosan is much better to use and easy to put on high tension. i like the feeling when putting it on highest tension as possible. I heard of the conbined method of extender and phallosan but i did not understand it very much so anyone can explain it in a better way?

I would incorporate bundled stretches and erect stretches a few times per week and do RKs while stretching.
Kegels can and should be done every day as many as possible

Gotohell, I like that you are tackling a few things at a time, as long as you have the discipline, I love it. Your routine looks good, I would follow the advice of Munto but I also suggest you have a complete read of SRT, there is so much important gaining and healing information that will greatly help you. Welcome to the Brotherhood, where growth really happens!
 
I just added bundled stretches to my routine but i am not sure what more to add from the srt it seems too much work on that. Also how long before i should measure or expect to see at least 0.1 in gain?
 
I would say don't measure for at least 12 weeks, at the very least wait 4 weeks.
And take BPEL, BPFSL and EG measurement, maybe even with pictures :)!

Agreed. The only measurements that should be made regularly are erect girth after training to be sure you are seeing expansion. The other time is to check BP flaccid Stretch, this should be checked every 2 weeks to be sure gains are manifesting themselves.
 
Alright, After 20 days of this routine i really noticed a bit of increase in erect length so i decided to measure and yea finally a 0.1 of increase is seen :) . I am really happy with that because it gave me so much motivation to do even harder pe training. But could this be my imagination or what? Also my erection quality is became much weaker.....

I think i get better stretch from the phallosan forte than extenders, but is it better to use the extender in my routine? Extender worked best for me with the vlc tho i am cut, and its uncomfortable.

The Phallosan and SizeGenetics are different in a few ways and most men make their choices base on these things. The Phallosan is more concealable, it can be used through the night, it gives many great positions. The SizeGenetics is a bit more intense and gives better options to adding length in the way of bars opposed to bands. The SG can not be used through the night but as I said it is more powerful than the Phallosan. And then there are those who have both and create the ultimate PhalloGenetics.

Congratulations on your growth! Never doubt if you have gained, if the ruler says you have gained, you have gained. Now, with that in mind, if you are seeing more length now while you are experiencing poor eq you more than likely have made much bigger gains when your eq is 100% again.

Yea, i have come up with a new idea but i am not sure... I thought of wearing the PF in a bundled stretchs way. What do you think about that? I heard that helps making even better gains. I tried it and found out not painful as it looks even with high tension.
 
I also heard you said that masterbation before exercise gives better gains... How is that possible? Others allways say that masterbation affect my gains.

What are you doing PE for, to not use your penis?
Probably not, we wanna have sex :)!

When you have an orgasm prior to doing length it is great because there is going to be less resistance from the muscles.

It's bad before doing girth, because you probably cannot be at your max right after ejaculation.

That is a brilliant Idea, especially since it is comfortable. Bundled stretches are the fastest way to stretch the Tunica so you are doing a great service to your routine by getting these in.

That sounds pretty much reasonable. I started feeling pain on my glans, i guess thats because of the tension. I am not planing on reducing the tension almost at all but i think i will not pump much when i put it on i might have pumped much that my glan felt so tight especially when i do high tension... I do not really wanna do any rest days these days i feel its a whole of time waste.

I usually could get an erection again in a matter of minutes, I would say 10-20 minutes max.
I also can ejaculate without being erect, dunno if that's a good thing, lol

I never took rest days, I wanted the gains and I wanted them as fast as I could get them. I worked out close to 12 hours everyday.
