Do extenders work?

I am sure you guys will have your own viewpoints but there is a growing amount of anecdotal and clinical evidence pointing towards enlargement benefits and benefits for correcting a curved penis.

I have a few question's for you before I purchase.

#1 Can the extender be worn at night? okay I know you have to go on the side of caution here, but in theory could someone use this at night?

#2 Does the extender adjust itself to erections so it doesn't become tight?

#3 The attachment which goes underneath the glans to stretch out the penis. What is this exactly made from and does it allow circulation for longer periods in the device without the dreaded noose-type cold dick

Many of our customers wear the extender at night, with a low tension without any issues. However, there can obviously be some complications. If you roll over in the middle of the night or like to sleep on your stomach - then this method will not be practical for you. You also have to wear a lower tension, so if you become erect during the night - the device can move freely.


#2 Does the extender adjust itself to erections so it doesn't become tight?

During the night we suggest that you wear the device at a lower tension setting. When you are awake and active it is unlikely that you will get an erection while wearing the device - because of the stretch which is occurring. However, if you do start to get an erection and the device becomes tight - the device can easily be adjusted (just pull the comfort strap a little, to move it to the bigger size option).


#3 The attachment which goes underneath the glans to stretch out the penis. What is this exactly made from and does it allow circulation for longer periods in the device without the dreaded noose-type cold dick

We suggest that every 3-4 hours you release the tension and massage your penis, to allow blood to flow back into the penis. However the comfort strap is designed to facilitate constant blood flow. The exact material I am not sure of and not in the office today - but I will find out and let you know.

Needless to say, the comfort strap is a million times more comfortable and better for blood flow than the noose-type cold dick connection!

Okay I've just put my order in for this via the MOS link and the total is $186.05 incl shipping to the UK. On my invoice it notes the description of the purchase as SG1ME1

Here in Italy the dhl service is really low, and often the package doesn't arrive. I've tried to contact the stuff for some support but nothing. Can you tell me if it's possible to send the package with courier service such as FED EX, UPS or similiar in my country? (it's mentioned this services as valid ones to send the payment so it's maybe possible to use it to send the product).

I'm really interested in this extender and absolutely want to purchase it but i've to be sure that it will arrive and that i will be able to have a phone number to decide the average hour and day to receive it at home (if i can't collect it elsewhere) so that i can keep this secret from my roommate....you can imagine that it isn't pleasant to tell anybody that i'm using a penis extender.

Two important questions after the main one i've done.:

1)Stretching my flaccid penis i reach 15 cm (5.9 inches) and my flaccid girth is 12 cm (4.7") . Erect L. 17.5 cm and erect girth 14.5 cm

Q1: The device will fit, it comes with some additional extension bars - so you will have no problems
Q2: The comfort strap is very similar to X4Labs, however in quality it is quite a bit different. We do not use cheap plastic which irritates the skin and our comfort strap does not break every month!

DHL are that bad in Italy? We have many customers use them without problems. ALL packaging is discrete, your house mate would not know about the contents.

to Q2: infact i've seen that the comfort strap seems also to be a little more thicker than the x4labs or penismaster one. But i can make a mistake only by judging the pictures.

DHL are really that bad in italy....unfortunatelly you don't speak italian because with a fast google search you'll see that in our country dhl is really a shame...it's really risky to buy with them....

If you held both comfort straps in diferent hands, you will notice the difference in quality. One is tougher and less flexible, the other (SG) is more flexible, manufactured to an higher quality.
