Well from my how ever many days of spending on this, I think have concluded that its best to use a liquid that does dry up or is absorbed by the skin.
So this make the person both do wet jelqing and Dry jelqing in the same session. Water Based perhaps, I think it's a little different because I have foreskin tho, other may feel different on this. I know a lot of vets prefer dry jelqing tho, so it makes sense to combine them both in one session dry and wet and you do that with a water base lube.
