Hey guys. I am currently doing 100 jelqs followed by 60s of SSJ for a total duration of 30 minutes. I started at 15 and worked up.
Recently I have been getting a lot of fluid build up on the underside of the penis just below the head. Admittedly I have reduced my jelqs and increased my time doing the SSJs. What can I do to reduce the fluid build up? Perhaps going back to doing the jelqs between every SSJ set would help? I am cut so this may be part of the problem.
From my understanding it is a result of losing part of the erection and still having expansion take place thus stretching the skin. Massive fluid build up can't be conducive to much in the gains department so it's something I want to fix.
 
I do not think it is even possible to retain fluid with a jelq or SSJ. Retention happens under vacuum, I have never heard of it happening in any type of jelqing. Perhaps you are mistaking tissue expansion for retention? A picture would really help me know for sure.

Perhaps I misinterpreted what it is. It is more of a swelling that looks like a blister on the sides just below the head but goes away within 24 hours in time for my next session. It is where I have been circumcised.
I have noticed in general with PE as I am doing 5 on 2 off I get temporary expansion, elongation and loose ligaments and then on my two days off it's almost as if I never did PE as it all tightens back up. I feel like this is what is limiting gains. Do you know what this could be?

Then that is fluid retention, I have never heard of it happening in this way but, heck, there is always a first! If it goes away before the next session there is nothing worry about. If you feel as though the days off are interfering with gains I would eliminate them or cut it back to one day off. You always want to get as much as you can handle in as this will brings gains fastest.
 
The main reason for fluid retention is lack of warm-up. So make sure you do the stretches properly.

And the warm down is important too as much retention can be worked out with deep tissue massage, a perfect warm down.
