i went back to these
honestly i think anchoring at the base and pulling straight up to the belly fatigues the ligs because it anchors them. no other stretches fatigue my dick into a strethable state as well. it gets it done..when i manually stretch its not easy to remain limp, this way it is and its so much better. my hands get tired thouhh, i use 35 lber. need a way to do it hands free for an hour at a time, would be awesome.

I know that feel. Such a great exercise, only limited by grip strength. The issue becomes when you are getting up to large weights the hand gets fatigued so quickly...Oh how I wish I could hang properly.

Im gonna make tthat captains wrench and try using that instead of my hand.

Couple of things: maybe it's because I'm mobile, but I couldn't view the videos Super D made. It took me to a site.

Second - has anyone wrapped up their dick and attached the Bib to their dick for gripping? If it was addressed, forgive me. There was too much to read. I will be buying a kettle bell though. I just don't know if I should do a 15 or 20 pounder since I hang at 17.5#. Probably the 20. Let me know guys.

Yeah, it's hosted on a site: http://www.slutload.com/video/kettlebell-v-stretch/PZ9gSr3SFdH/
Not sure how it looks on a mobile device though.

I don't think I ever heard of someone using the bibs as a grip device, but I don't see why you couldn't.
To me it would seem logical to do something like that, as I'm sure it would become very intensive on your wrists/forearms.

I don't see any other way to get this type of stretch other than doing something like a reverse fulcrum where you place a pipe(pvc) under your legs, but over your penis hanging SU.

To save yourself some money, if you currently have weights then you could just wrap a piece of cloth(t-shirt?) through the weights then fold it into a circular noose type way.
I also heard of someone using a backpack (placing the weights inside) and using the grip carrying part @ the top and placing your penis through there.
Basically, you don't need a kettlebell (unless you want them for workout purposes also) since it's not the weight itself, but the stretch you're trying to obtain.

Some quotes:
"My theory on why the kettlebell V stretch/hanging is so good because you are doing 2 stretches at the same time...
the weight at the base of ur dick is pulling on the ligaments and the high angle you need to hold ur dick to keep the weight in place streches out ur inner penis!"
"I put my penis through the handle, then pull my glands up to my belly button and lift the kettlebell.

Someone mentioned putting something around the back of the neck. I'm thinking my leather belt wrapped around the back of my neck and letting the S hook on the Bib latch on to one of the belt holes. Hands free. Somewhat similar to the illustration the one brother drew up, but his involved standing.

I wish the OP would report back. I'd like to know if he had done anything previous in his Penis Enlargement career or if this was all new. I've always hung, so I wonder if this will work for me. I need my last .75 inch for my goal. IF this got me there, if probably go for 9.

It also appears that the video is now gone.

If your hanging almost 20 lbs, I'd go with a 30lb kettle ball. The kettle ball doesn't project the weight the same and you have lots of freedoms to set it in different locations along the shaft (mostly in the back) for better weight handling. I think a 20lb ball will sell you short

I was amazed how abruptly the OP abandoned this exercise. I wish he'd post back to let us know how it went.

Yeah I wonder why... I keep finding these KB threads that seem to fall off the map. Is anyone still doing these? If not, is there a reason why they were abandoned? Ive been doing these for a couple of days and really like the results. I just want to make sure no one ripped their dick off with this one.

Lol, doubtful they ripped anything off. But I do wish they'd reply. They got good results - why stop?

I made my own Kettle Bell but it was made out of soft materials weighing in at 60 pounds. It is so much more fluent with body movements due to the flexibility of the ball itself. The handles are internal, so you are literally part of the ball. I will post a picture and a description on how to make a homemade version. There will be a factory made version for the SRT Book when it is released.

Can't wait to see this thing. My mind can't even fathom this thing. 60 pounds is a lot of weight - is it variable?

It is like having 60 pounds of weight gently placed upon your body and you can move, fluently, in all directions with the weight. The handles are internal so it is as if you are hugging the weight than lifting...low impact but extremely powerful and effective. I used it for all the SRT trials over the 6 months I was away, along with a few other tools I was working on based around boxing, yoga, martial arts and ballet. I found, in the weightless and muscle building portion of the SRT book, nothing to be faster than the seamless connection of these 4 arts into one sport, if you will. I really hope to get the book out soon and be able to create these creative tools, it would really be quite an accomplishment.

Looking forward to it! And yeah, it would definitely be an accomplishment, bro!

:) once I get back home I will continue work on getting this all ready.

For anyone still interested in doing these types of stretches, you can also use the LM (lengthmaster) to assist w/ it.

Sorry, I'm a shitty artist. You get the picture though. Cord is said to be 7', so you may have to make some adjustments depending on how tall you are.
