I am closing this thread as I am changing my routine and no longer using the kettle bell .
Waiting on the VLC tugger to use with my SG extender.

Prob start a journal with tugger routine.Supra wears his for 8 hours a day so will try something close to that .
Am looking for erect length gains and I know over time I will get to my goal of 8x6 soon.
Didn't think anything close to that was even possible for me starting last october...now I know I will get there without a doubt!

20 minute kettle bell hang/stretch followed by 10 minute wet erect jelqing X 2 sessions.


Day 5

20 minute kettle bell hang /stretch and 10 minute erect wet jelqing ...hopefully I will get a second session before the end of the day .
 
I've been doing these for a week, I'm unable to hang because of being uncut. But instead of a kettlebell I use the handle of my backpack, and fill it with heavy items and such like in the pic.

I think it's quite good but I'm not sure, I feel more fatigue in my gripping hand than the penis, but hope it's working there too. Currently doing 30 minutes, twice a day with around 13lbs. Is this enough time? I ask because I'm in uni so normally busy, and it's pretty painful and mentally taxing so hopefully it's enough lol.

Hey thanks a lot man =). I'm really glad to have some feedback on this exercise, because this is all I've been doing for about 4-5 months. And I didn't measure when I started...stupidly, but I have an old measured pic that looked about 7". Now I'm at 7.4ish :). But I am 20 so I wonder is it just natural growth or is this exercise tet cause?

Would you say this exercise alone is enough if length is all you want? I do two sets a day of 20 minutes under tension timed with stopwatch (each session takes 1 hour due to resting my hands). So it is quite time consuming, painful and boring. But if you think it is worth it then I am willing to go with that haha. Thanks a bunch for any feedback you may have.

I only do 20 minutes now because it's a bit too heavy, also it gets sore if I go too long haha. But not in 1 long hold, I can only hold it for like 1 or 2 minutes at a time......I'm surprised you said that because I wasn't sure I was using enough time lol.

Also the fleshy part of my thumb on my right hand is noticably bigger than the left.

You could easily hook it to a door handle to free up the other hand.

Hey DLD could you please elaborate on this? Any help with gripping would be so appreciated, but I'm not understanding what you mean by hook it to a door handle. Because you have to grip behind the glans really hard to lift up the weight, and I even use a second hand to help with grip along with plenty of baby powder haha.
