i do the scrotom and penis stretch double handed...it is the first stretch i do and i after i am finish i can feel the stretch next to my pubic bone...i haven't notice any flaccid or erect gains..(haven't been doing it long enough) but i do think that these are going to help
 
i've been using the double handed pull down..after i finish my set i can feel the stretch on the sides down by my scrotom and next to my pubic bone..i haven't been doing it long enough to see any noticeable gains...but i do expect to benefit from these
 
dld you could look into using nylon bar stock instead of wood.it would be esier to get a big sheet of blanks and would be cheaper than the wood.wont split warp [usually] or crack.You might make a profit I dunno somthing to consider.

I considered that on this past run but opted for the ASH because of it's feel and beauty. I wanted the Power Assist to have a certain look that only ASH or better would give. Now that we are running the 3rd batch I decided to stay with the ASH but change the color.
 
I think you could add to the ES theory a bit though. Aside from expressing internal structures, in my experience so far it also allows for greater stress to be placed on the ligaments and tunica as well, as they are temporarily forced forward and become more accessible to stress. I haven't seen that included in the thread, and this has been an observation of mine so far, and this is the main reason I will keep on with it.

DLD what do you think of this as an addition to the theory???

I completely agree. A few hours after I do a set of these I feel a soreness in my ligs starting at my pubic bone and radiating up to the base of my penis. Usually, when I do feel soreness, it is an isolated area (at the base or further up) This complete soreness suggests a thorough ligament stretch. Tunica soreness is a bit harder to come by by I will make special, mental note of this.
 
I have notice a change in my exit point, instead of a straight slope on my flaccid penis it has a curve at the base (very similar to Lex or __________'s flaccid penis) This curve it not reflected in my erection but only in flaccid state. I have not measured yet and I most likely wont until I "know" there is a definite increase but things are looking very promising. With this change in my flaccid appearance (which I have always wanted) I think my theory on Expressive Stretching and the comparisons to __________'s penis things are on the right track.
 
Hydromaxm.. I don't know about this technique as I haven't tried it yet really. I tried like a very brief second , but then I was like no no no I need to hang and keep doing what I'm doing otherwise I'll become obssessed with this new exercise. Can't afford to do that as I haven't the size to mess around with something new at the moment. Once I get to 8 inches NBPenis EnlargementL I will definitely give this a go as I have a PA. But it sounds promising. If DLD came up with it and he's seeing success it must be doing something that increases size.
 
IWANT8....you may want to use this before your hanging sessions. If you read my post a bit further up the page this is not my primary mode of Penis Enlargement but it is aiding in my lig gains as the ligaments are expressed forward and more readily stressed. My hanging has become extremely effective in the 40-60 minute window I've been using as of late instead of the two hours I had started to use, I reach fatigue much more rapidly with this added into the equation.
 
Thanks. I appreciate it coming from you considering that you've stuck with Penis Enlargement for a few more years more than most people. I mean now if you and DLD and millionman report back here 2 months from now that you've gained 3 inches in EL I'll be putting my weights and Bib away for a while. This is an interesting development here at MOS. Keep it going DLD.
 
Hey Red, I've been using your version. Didn't think it was important to mention, but yeah I mix it in with this routine, I like to do that after I warmup a bit with the setups that aren't too intense. I also start to get wood doing your version as well, I guess I like my testicles being played with more than I let on....you learn more everyday I suppose.
 
So are the going to be any videos are anything, explaining how to do this, like on the paysite?
 
I'd imagine so. It's such a new technique in my opinion so maybe he will add it on the paysite as a separate section.
