DLD's Expressive Stretch Routine:

Background: I do this first thing in the morning before I start anything else. Aside from being a preparative for my length efforts it also serves as a great warmup.

2 Handed Expressive Stretch:
Massage testicles and penis to ensure they are as relaxed as possible. Work your testicles and penis through the center hole of the Power Assist. Once completely through place the arm of the PA across your lap. Using both hands encircle the entire package and stretch downward (as much as possible as you will be slightly constricted by the PA)

3 x 30 second x 3 sets

Opposing Expressive Stretch:
Being sure your penis and testicles are as relaxed as possible, bring your testicles and penis through the center hole of the Power Assist. Once completed, place the arms of the PA across your lap. Encircle your testicles with one hand while grabbing your penis with the other hand at the extreme base. Stretching in opposite directions (balls left and penis right then penis left balls right)

3 x 30 second x 3 sets each side

Hang Enhancing Stretch
Being sure your penis and testicles are as relaxed as possible, bring your testicles and penis through the center hole of the Power Assist. Once completed, place the arms of the PA across your lap. Encircle your testicles with one hand while grabbing your penis with the other hand at the extreme base. Now stretch your penis upward while you stretch your scrotum downward switch direction (scrotum up penis down)

3 x 30 seconds x 3 sets up and down

DLD,

I had something happen that appears to bear on your inner penis expression idea. To preface, I started the newbie gainerz challange back on May 1st doing the newbie routine that you modified for me and clamped girth work (mostly horse440s and some SSJs). By May 12th, I'd seen an increase of 0.25" in BPFSL, but no increase anywhere else. I also noticed that my clamp (medium Cable Cuff) was getting tighter. That evening, my suspensory lig popped and freaked the hell out of me. Because of that, I didn't do any Penis Enlargement, and just light FR, until yesterday, when I noticed some weird shit. First, I noticed some strange pulling sensations when did flaccid stretches, eventhough I was using my hand and wasn't pulling very hard. Second, the clamp seemed uncomfortably tight when I got erect and was excruciating when I tried to do a horse440, even after I let the clamp out several notches. Third, I measured my midshaft width, noting that it had not changed (1.875"), then measured my base width, which had been identical to the midshaft one month ago. My base width measurement was 2.125"! WTF? So... Fourth, I measured my erect lengths - BPenis EnlargementL: 8.125" (up 1/8th of an inch), and NBPenis EnlargementL: 7.75" (up 1/4 of an inch).

I suspect that the suspensory ligament stretched during the pop allowing the wider portions of my corpus callosae to be expressed, as you've conjectured. This would explain why the clamp is now insufferably tight and the base measurement is bigger. I don't understand how this could come about with 'only' a 1/8th inch increase in length, but I've no other explanation for it.

Some exellent results and I'm quite happy for this as it must be doing something good.
 
I've yet to include ES into my stretching routine (don't have a PA yet) but so far I'm intrigued by the results its users are getting...be it temporary or permanant. Can you guys (motlissof, millionman, red) and anyothers that have incorporated ES into their routine keep us updated on the type of results its producing..eventhough it may be too early to tell at this point...just to keep this thought-provoking thread alive....
 
I've slacked a bit lately with these but I will do a few minutes worth in a minute. I've noticed that the side profile of my flaccid penis seems to have more of an upward extension to it. It's as though my penis starts higher and is not merely skin around the pubic area leading to the happy trail. Also a V shape has begun forming in that my whole package orginates from this point and the area around it forms a V.
 
I'm hitting these reguler now useing the method I described here
Get the penis and balls [package] through the hole of the PA while stood up.
Now grip around the whole package and keep a good firm grip.
Lie back onto the bed and position the PA so the handles are going across each leg straight.
While doing this, ALWAYS keep a good firm grip of the whole package...slippage and its start over from the stood up position.
Next, lean back so your lay with your back on the bed and pull the package down over the loop end, so its going down in a underneath-like fashion.
Do this with BOTH hands.
While doing this, bring the legs up towards your body....in other words pushing against the handles.
Your arms will now push against the PA into your body.
Also start to push your feet into the bed matress for this, works great.
I hold this for 60 seconds and do X3 in a row.
The aim is 6 reps.
Its VERY intense
and also the reverse of that, instead of pulling down over the loop end I also pull up over the loop end which is more intense and aims more on the tunicae than the ligaments, although both will also hit internal hidden penile structures [In English thats hidden penis].
ATM I do at least 15 minutes non-stop in the method I quoted.
If I had a better grip I would aim for 60 minutes non-stop if I could.

Anyone got any results or feedback?
 
Wow, this exercise is even more intense now that I have lost so much weight. My fat pad is almost gone and I can't grip so much more tissue now. Before I felt the grip but there was so much fat that it made it difficult.
 
After looking further into this, isnt these expressive stretches just the same as OTS hanging? It seems to me, to work the same area [tunicae with the main target being internal] but you can go more intense perhaps with weights and go longer?
 
Just out of curiosity, is there any reason that these exercises couldn't be done bundled to get a more effective Tunica stretch in addition to lig/internal stretch?
 
This thread is over 4 months old, but there isn't anyone who has stated gains from doing it - unless I missed it.

I was hoping this would be a promising method.

AT this point in my weight loss and NBP size this exercise is the most important part of my newest routine as this exercise will produces NBP gains plus it will give the bass of my penis the finished look I want, like __________.
 
i dont understnad so can DLD or someone plz explain it to me step by step??

I had that bulge before i started peing also someone probably could get it from pe but i think i got mines from sleeping on my stomach i noticed that my penis folds to my left side right there probably trapping blood in all night while im sleep and thats probably why my girth is 6.55 at base and only 5.75 mid shaft.

I am confused, is this good or bad?
 
You know, I was really interested in this whole thing, the bulge being of utmost interest as it would be one more way to 'prove' the effectiveness of Penis Enlargement. But I think that the bulge is just a function of a really kick ass PC muscle. If you look at a lot of the �naked people movies� stars they have them: __________, Lex, I think Julian may even have one, I'm not sure.

No doubt I'm mistaken, but unless there's a Penis Enlargement Conspiracy out there, I don't think that the bulge has to do with any particuar variety of Penis Enlargement.
