dld, basically the internal penis that you cant see is getting stretched upwards with large force right? because like im stretching with a dough roller and i feel a stretch internally feels like my penis that i cant see (internal near my pc muscle) i sgetting stretched upwards against my visible penis which along with balls is getting stretched downwards
 
Been experimenting with it in my sessions and I must say its very intense and has IMHO a great potential to yield gains.
I can feel the internal penis being stretched.
Anyone having issues getting into the position DLD mentions, than try the method I use ..........

Get the penis and balls [package] through the hole of the PA while stood up.
Now grip around the whole package and keep a good firm grip.
Lie back onto the bed and position the PA so the handles are going across each leg straight.
While doing this, ALWAYS keep a good firm grip of the whole package...slippage and its start over from the stood up position.
Next, lean back so your lay with your back on the bed and pull the package down over the loop end, so its going down in a underneath-like fashion.
Do this with BOTH hands.
While doing this, bring the legs up towards your body....in other words pushing against the handles.
Your arms will now push against the PA into your body.
Also start to push your feet into the bed matress for this, works great.
I hold this for 60 seconds and do X3 in a row.
The aim is 6 reps.
Its VERY intense
 
we should find a way to do this for those without a power assist such as myself. right now ive been trying to do it with wooden a douch roller
 
Simple, position the roller in a similer setup as I described in the quote.
Or stand and pull the package over the roller and down.
I have tried it with a roller, it isnt as easy say useing the PA...but you can do it.
Its also possible to do this manuel.
One pulls the penis out, aroud the package with this exercise.
With the other hand, pivot the lower arm and wrist under the balls and pull the package over and down that..you'll feel the tug, but again it isnt as effective as useing the PA.
 
To what advantage is there to grabbing the whole package? Ive tried that and for one I cant get my hand around it all without some form of negative pinching and two it doesnt seem all that intense because I cant pull that hard. I just cant see an advantage to this. Hoping someone can explain it.

Ive tried using the PA in the same format but just pulling down on my cock instead of the whole package and then creating an upward pressure with the PA. Seems to work better for me.
 
Yeah all it does for me is stretch the skin under the scrotum, doesn't seem to stretch anything internally. for me anyways.

I get the complete opposite, the entire stretch feels internal. After a session the base area of my penis and the area behind my scrotum feels incredibly stretched out for hours. When I combine this with a hanging session after the Expressive Stretching my penis has a soreness similar to that of when I was a newbie.

Once your penis and scrotum are through your PA and the PA is laying across your thighs you should be using 2 hands to grab and stretch the entire package. Since the circle portion of the PA is firmly against your pelvic bone and behind the bulb of the penis (directly behind the scrotum) you can successfully stretch these areas that would not be possible otherwise.
 
I can't grab much penis either.
There's just no room to grab much behind my penis other than loads of soft, squishy scrotum.

I just end up mostly pulling my scrotum with hardly any pull at all on my actual penis.

For the people who are managing to do it, it sounds like they actually already have something like a penis stalk or something there to grab hold of.
All I've got is my scrotum, and all I feel is an uncomfortable pull on the cords that hold my testicles on.

This is a focused stretch on the internal structures of the penis. You're not going to feel it in your penis but right on the sides of your penis. I feel this deep in the tissues and some what in the bottom of my pelvis, now understand that the bottom of the pelvis is back towards the body. I also work my testicles every night so they hang fairly low already, but you will feel this in your suspenders as well. Don't let your hand run down the length of your scrotum but try to hold it in place using the top hand to press downwards against what has been pulled through the PA, this works very well for me it gets everything loose and ready to go. I'm not sure of ther merits of it in regards to gains, but it does allow me to hang heavier weights for more sets as well as letting my flaccid hang lower.

Try this, pull your penis in one direction and your scrotum in another. Maybe something similar to the [/QUOTE]BALL and LIG STRETCH using the Power Assist. This should allow you to get a good internal stretch.

I really can't think of anything that is similar to the PA in the sense of the two handles with a center hole. I've racked my brain but could not think of anything short of making one yourself.

DLD, what i meant was using a dough roller the way you do the DLD High Angle Tunica Traction Stretch. instead of my penis being in sorta and A-STRETCH oevr the rolelr, my penis and scrotum and lil bit of fat pad r over the roller which is placesunder the scrotum and on top of my legs this way i pull the penis,scrotum downward (over the roller and towards the floor) while pushing the dough rolelr upward toward the internal penis/behind the scrotum near the pc muscle.

I've been using this to start and end my sessions. I'm really liking the effecy it has on my whole package. Collectively it hangs lower, while also my FSL is getting longer at what seems to be a steady pace, I checked today and I was .25 over my best measurement which was in the middle of the session. I'm not sure how this overall will cause gains, but it seems to be working something in the right way. I do like this though, and I didn't hang at all today just used the hands, and I got lig burns for the first time in a long time.
