I'm having a hard time finding any actual information on this technique and the theory behind it.
Is there more to this post that I'm not seeing? or am I missing it perhaps?

expressive stretching is very simple and can be done many different ways. The theory behind it is we have internal penis that can be pulled out to a certain degree. In expressive stretching we are stretching from the base of the penis pulling out internal penis. This is best done with the Lengthmaster but there are other ways. You can manually grip at base and stretch from there. You can use your BathMate to do hardcore expressive stretching. Another method is hole stretches which are done with Lengthmaster or Powerassist.

ah okay. I'll look into this later. lol. I'm still in my first week.

For me it is a definite change at my base, it is more sizable now. The exit point is lower but the biggest change is the actual shape of my flaccid penis. I drew a quick picture showing the way it did look, prior to Expressive Stretching, and how it looks now.

This could make sense now that we know the fundiform ligament is what is at the root of the penis, and I'm visualizing that if this ligament gets stretched it could give the look you show in the diagram.

I agree with the LOT deal but I think it has very little to do with Expressive Stretching on hind sight. My idea behind developing this exercise was to be able to "express" more penis via exposing more root and essentially moving all areas of the penis (inner and outer) forward. __________ is the best example of this and it is easy to see my objective when you catch a side shot of __________'s penis. Look at the yellow area of this picture of __________'s penis, it is set forward, much more so than most men (by about 2") His "actual" penis may be 8" but the expression of the internal structures make it 10", see my point?

A diagram would be awesome. It would also give people a really good idea of why we gain so much base girth from heavy downward training. I did a study years ago on corn stocks and how the base of the stock becomes thicker as the length of the stock grows longer. It was a strange comparison but it did make good sense in the comparison. I’ll see if I can find it because it was a pretty cool study and it did take me a long time to do it. I fear I might’ve done it on another forum and they may have trashed it
 
Well, we need to do more study on this. Somehow __________ got the length he has right? we both (or all) seen his growth through the years, and his nut sack has changed. My gut feeling is, this guy did over the shoulder hanging (OTS) but that doesn't mean anything, I'm guessing.

These expressive stretches should be a game changer in any man using them .. they target internal penis, and the fundiform ligament at the root.

It just seems no one has done them for months on end to see tangible results. I have read through the threads and see positive feedback, angles changing, flaccid shape etc but no one has been hitting them for 3-6 months or longer, correct me if wrong.

I hope and pray I can be capable of doing that, but it would be good if someone else could throw these into the routine they currently go with.

I love that you’re working with expressive stretching bringing a breath of fresh air into it. So many brothers need to include this in their training as it delivers girth from a whole new place.
 
I have a feeling it will fall on deaf ears as many keep making the whole thing more complex than it needs to be, and finding ways to NOT gain, rather than the old days on the forums when folk were mad keen & busy to defeat obstacles.

It usually does and then what happens is a year or two down the road somebody will bump it and then all of a sudden it will be the whole new craze. Just the way the brotherhood runs. I invented bundled stretching back in 2003 and I never caught on until 2015. Now bundle stretching is probably the most important stretch we can do. The best way we can teach these people to hear what we’re saying is by continuously bumping important threads

bundled stretching has become so important in both length and girth. The tunica is just so stubborn and dense that it has to be pre-stretched to make the best growth. So strange that I created this exercise back in 2003 and it never caught on until I put out SRT.
 
I have a problem with stretching the skin more than pulling the IP. I use some kind of wrap when doing it. Is it a matter of wrapping tighter and clamping down w my LM more? I think that may be part of it. Are there any other tricks?

I think I heard bundling a little bit? I'll try that more. I can probably do one turn down there. Any other tricks?
 
Always retract skin as much as possible when wrapping and clamping down strong enough to ensure no skin comes up. Doing bundled stretches is s good precursor to the lengthmaster to prestretch the skin. It us also a great exercise in the lengthmaster
