As some of you who follow my posts may know, I get a better stretch when doing them clamped at near full engorement VS Manuel stretches done flaccid.

When I do manuel stretches flaccid I feel allot of skin stretching and pain at my base, always have and maybe thats why I didnt do much stretching in my Penis Enlargement career.

Doing this clamped and with a Power Assist which I have started to do is DANGEROUS and I do not want others to start playing with it incase they do damage .. I know my limitations and have done this long enough to build the conditioning and confidence to try it and yes I get a SUPenis EnlargementRB stretch and no pain VS manuel flaccid work and I feel it will yield better gains.

Now the point with this thread? .... well I will try this stretch clamped as well.
Anyone who has done clamping will know that you have blood building up [engorged] in the area where this '__________ wonder' is i.e. where the bulb is located ... feel that region when you clamp again, it gets engorged and I think this is one of the reasons why my orgasms have gone much better since clamping because when you kegel during this time allot of internal pressure has built and overtime is must do something to help the muscle flex that more powerful during orgasms.

Doing this E'-Stretching clamped near full engorgement to me, might work better than flaccid as your pulling out and stretching BLOOD while its inside the chambers, so IMHO and from experience it makes a better stretch with more potential for better growth and length gains VS manuel flaccid work. I also dont think it will hurt as much as the skin is fully covering the penis and the surrounding area during erection, so much of the stress is placed upon the penile hcmabers VS potentially allot of skin ... do you catch my drift?

I will try it tonight ... will anyone else here participate in these clamped 90% erect Expressive stretches and report back how their results pan out?

OK well tried doing these stretched lastnight, clamped and sure it was very intense but difficult to do with the clamp in the way and I wasnt anywhere near full engorement ... my mind was somewhere else so I will need to try again but they have potential.

Really felt the internal penis getting a good stretch.
 
precisely!ive been combining stretching with pumping for years now and it is a winning combination....stretching is the easiest form of p.e..if you piss 3 times daily...stretch three times daily.
 
DLD, could you bring up an example of someone without a more set foward penis something unlike __________'s? Please
 
I believe that this is exactly right. About a year ago I did a post on something simple to do that will help do what DLD is describing. laying on your side, put your package between your legs and slowly straighten out your legs. You are pulling your exit point lower and giving your external penis a tug out. I do this every night and have a longer flaccid length and have lowered by exit point, giving me a longer usable penis.
 
I defiantly think it should be a sticky, I'd also like to know what sort of gains people have gotten since they incorporated expressive stretching into their routines.

I think the first thing you are doing with PA is getting a small radius lever, very much smaller than "rice sock" or conduit or pvc.

Then use the PA as a fulcrum to pull internal structures out with a second vector of force from a hand or two, then add a third vector of force by pulling the PA fulcrum. Bundling would add some more leverage internally.

With each aditional fulcrum point more stress will be applied allowing for greater expression of internal penis.

Ok I need some assistance. I have been jelqing for like 5 months now. I have gotten very decent gains in both girth and length. Im more focused on girth because it seems to me that I gain length somewhat easy. I tested my LOT and I get the most tugback at 12 o'clock. So this means is high right? Anyway I like this E-stretch idea; specially now that I wanna add some serious length to my cock. I recently purchased DLDs MOS dvd (BY THE WAY WHAT AN AWESOME DVD) and I just started to hit my ligs ( the base of my dick hurts right now for the first time). I can already see that my dick is longer and is been like a week. (Dont wanna measure yet tho). From what Ive read here youre suppossed stretch the ligs first and then work the tunica for length. So then when should I try this exercise? Oh and by the way feel free to advise me on how to aquire the most length since Im a stretching newbie... thanx everyone

If you have to Power Assist you can really use the inner circle to assist in Expressive Stretching. It is exactly the perfect size to push against the pelvic bone while stretching.
 
I have been reading some HUGE anatomy books today that I have and was reading on the area where this exercise targets. Sure enough lots of 'inner' penis resides and can be pulled to the outside with something like this but it will be a struggle because of the very strong muscles that anchor the penis bulb down so it doesnt detach itself. This is why I think many who do this get a burn sensation or a weird intense pulling feeling .. its the muscle contracting and is located around 1/2 inch from the anus.

I will post tommorow my findings on this which isnt really anything new apart from more scientific drawings and terminology but also possibly a better understanding at hitting this area.

Makes me wonder that most length gains are in this region and not the standard thinking in ligaments and how does everyone know when they gain length that its the ligaments and not either new inner penis thats become external or external penis thats multiplied + grown and become larger?

Interesting as always is pe ... would be AWESOME if a scientific study was done on people say for example in these forums with tissue samples taken to see what exactly happens.
