only that 1 post but i could sware there is and will allways be a benifit for working out length after girth, its not like saying youll get no gaisn this way youll def get gains its just somethign different and should be tryed me personally i have a good feel for my penis and id choose length after girth most of the time lol , but i made a very well though shock training schedule my penis needs to be hit by everything right now ..

So i started implementing mandigi stretch right after warm up and in a few weeks of this implementation into my routine, i already see a potential .25 inch increase in bpel. i haven't gained in such a while, more than 3 months, so that's why i believe this inner stretch has helped me :) thanks guys for the advice :) 2 more inches here i come

The __________ Stretch is an awesome expressive stretch and if you have not been doing expressive stretching and just started quick gains can happen. Congratulation on the gain my Brother! Keep including these stretches alongside your normal training and you should see better gains as time progresses.

Good. It is a part that too many men ignore and there are great gains to be made from Expressive Stretching. If anyone has doubts just simply trace how much internal penis you have, it is literally inches of penis waiting to be exposed, stretched and elongated.

Cool, I have not really learned much about expressive stretching, just the normal stretches. I'll be sure to check up on some threads regarding this stretching, is there any other types of stretches besides expressive and regular ones That I'm not aware of?
 
So there haven't been any updates from Samurai but I'm just bumping so that this doesnt get lost, but aside from that I hope everyone is making gains. Expressive stretching is a major key to growth and I'm slowly taking time with my routine before i turn up intensity so that i havr the most gains possible before movinf onto more techniques and moving on to devices which will probably be a year from now.

With stretching there are few areas you want to address to be sure you are gaining from all gainful places. The basic stretching regiment in the Newbie Routine is good for all shaft and ligament stretching. Tunica stretching is also important and this is best done by doing Bundled Stretches where you twist your penis and then stretch it. Expressive Stretching will allow you to access inner penis make gains from inside your body. These 3 main stretching strategies will bring length gains the fastest. They can be done manually or with equipment and there are many methods within these areas.
