So I started PE last summer. A year ago at the end of June I believe. I started at 5.9 EL 4.5 Girth. Didn't gain a single thing. My dick hasn't gotten any longer. I even use a length master. I took a break for a while because after months of trying nothing will happen. I started back onSRT this week. I used my length master to do the behind the cheeks straight down left right, straight left right center, straight up left right center. You know the usual week 1 of SRT. I stretched my dick really well. I did high intensity I felt it stretching so to everyone who is gonna accuse me of not stretching hard enough. I stretch really hard esp with my length master. I use a rubber silicone kinda thing I got online forgot where from though. It works really well when I go to heal and stretch. (btw fuck ab silicone! Ive been waiting for my order for a month. I paid for 3 day shipping and they don't even respond to customer service!). Anyways, my dick is super limp and soft rn and my eq is very low this weekend. Even my dick is shorter when I go to wrap it for healing. Is this normal? I do 5 days on 2 days off. Do you think its possible that a more "less is more" technique is for me? I mean I see you guys get these great gains and well I'm just stuck with nothing it really is so demotivating. It really makes me feel like whats the point?But I believe I can do this. Im 5.9 EL My goal is to be 6.7 EL and erect girth 6 inch. I know I can achieve girth, its the length thats the bitch!!!!! Again should I stay with art or do a less is more? Cause my eq and flaccid dead rn.
 
PE can be a very cruel mistress, but she will definitely succumb to your will...eventually and with experimentation. What works for one, my not for another. Patience and perseverance along with a positive mental outlook are huge keys in any endeavor, so don't get down on yourself if you haven't met the results that you expected...keep at it!
I've had great success with the Bathmate products and manual stretching, (mainly for warming-up) and my Length Master has not been used at all. Each time I feel that my gains are stagnating, I change what I'm doing or up the intensity or...the one thing I don't change is my attitude and making sure I'm in the right mind-space for this.

First of all what was your beginner BPEL and what is your current BPEL. Bone Pressed Erect Length is the most accurate measurement.

Once you answer that tell us your EXACT routine starting from last summer to now so we can help you. Personally I wouldn't recommend using lengthmaster until you've made gains with the Newbie Routine or SRT

Ill measure my bone pressed length later when my EQ goes up.
How come I shouldn't use the LM? I don't get much stretch from manual.
Also is edging each day ok? Or does that hinder my results. I can't help but jack off 2-4 times a day. But I never cum, only edge.
My routine started as the newbie, than into art, than into dld length blasters than now. I usually would stop after a month or two of each routine because Id never see a result only EQ and a shorter dick.
 
And maybe I should start off as maybe not as much stress on my dick? Maybe 5 days is too much, perhaps 2 days on 1 day off?

It's important to indicate via by BPEL though because he may have gained some fat throughout time and that masked his gains if he only measured NON bone pressed.

I understand that, proper measurement for gauging his results. It's too late to go back and remeasure 12-months ago. He took time off and restarted only a week ago. Basically, he's a newbie, restarting with a whole different perspective, attitude, and proper measurements.

Firstly, you need to properly measure (BPEL) yourself as kyomoto stated. This will help with whether or not your routine is working for you or not. Tape measures don't lie, only the way they are used.

When I first started PE, I didn't gain anything for 6-months. All I got from it was stronger forearms and disappointment. Later I found out it was my method, not the exercises. I did the DLD Newbie Routine when I first started I was really very overzealous and eager to make gains within weeks, which never happen. I would half-ass warm-up by throwing on some heat for a few minutes and then pull as hard as I could. Later I read somewhere on this forum about having the penis totally relaxed, usually masturbate at first then do the PE-training. Well, I didn't masturbate, but I would thoroughly warm-up by applying heat for 10-12 minutes to the area, getting the tissues warmed-up and relaxed. After that, I would pull just enough so I can feel the tension and hold it for 60-seconds, and do a complete set that way. Then on the second set I would apply more heat for a couple of minutes then, would pull a little harder. Basically, doing warm-up sets(2-3), slowly getting the ligaments really for the intense sets. I apply heat in-between sets, and increase the tension on the next set. I would do 5-6 sets of the DLD's Newbie Routine. I stuck with it, because I truly believed PE worked. After 4-months, I finally got my first quarter-inch gain.

For me, by going all-out on my pull initially when I first started PE, I only strengthen my ligaments preventing me from experiencing any gains. Since then, I always get my penis in a very relaxed state, with heat, do warm-up sets, apply more heat if needed in-between sets, easing into the intense sets, then go all-out on the pulls. Basically, you want to slowing ease into the stretch and work up the intensity, not directly going full-intensity on your first stretch...

I reiterate, first thing, get the proper BPEL and BPFL measurements...

So i will measure my bp when my EQ is 100 percent again. However my other questions, should i stick with the newbie routine for 12 weeks or jump straight tinto set? and is jacking off ok? and so I don't pull with 100 percent? I start light than slowly build up over the weeks?

Stick with the newbie routine for 12 weeks. Personally I would keep jacking off to a minimum, maybe twice a week. From my experimentation and my personal results it has hindered my gains. Pull 100% but ease into the stretch
