Will Do a Kegal routine that will finish tonight. I will update my thread in the beginning with the exercises I'm doing and how often I'm going to do Kegals, need some advice on rest days for kegals as i want to have some good erections quality and basically heal any issues i have with my Pc muscles.


Feels good almost to day 30, even though i feel like i have not progressed i have mentally to do something for 30 days and not quite with the obstacles i have to overcome with this disease. I attribute it all to my Lord.
 
Did you check that link I posted awhile back about hanging being a potential solution to fight peyronie's and break up the plaque?

I say this because you are doing stretches but you also said that stretching and massaging is unhelpful, so you might want to consider trying other PE exercises to combat this issue

Have you tried erect bends against the affected spots? That may be painful but may be worth a shot. I would start with low intensity and work your way up to feel the stretch. I usually do them in my warmup routine for 5-10 minutes. I feel like it's a bit of yoga for my penis as it opens up the corpora cavernosa

Yea I saw that thread you were talking about. I want to start hanging, I think Bib talked something about peyronies and continuing to hang after you got injured but just lightly. I could start at low weights and work up to it. Problem with my body is it not healing properly. Im not quite sure if I'm read for erect bends yet.I guess i can try them if i ever do get an erection without ����.... its really hard. I don't want to look at ���� so i guess ill just try to think of something to get me hard.

I mean I still use ���� for parts of my warmup like for the Kegels, Jelqing, and stroking/edging for example. But I'm converting to mostly soft ���� like ass and pussy pics and clips. Sometimes I still watch sex ����

Yesterday I was able to stretch all the way out to about 5 inch bpfsl, considering my peyronies i haven't been able to stretch it out that far in awhile i think. Will continue to watch this.

I was able to get it in twice today, wish i could post my pics that i have been taking. I definitely feel it today though might need to go lighter on my stretches.
 
Since i do have peyronies i wonder if bundled stretches would be good or could possibly hurt / make it worse. Not too sure, last time i tried i don't think my penis responded very well lol, like dld said i just need to take it slowly... but i want to be able to do some of these exercises which atm i can't and i am limited too.

last night i stretched my penis a little harder, i could feel the blood getting pulled into it. Afterwards my dick was hanging nice and long straight, but all the blood flew out of it after the stretching and it was curving to the left bc the scar tissue / plaque was irritated. I should definitely try warming up in the bath since i think this has a better effect and helps it loosen up.

I hate how i have this pain sometimes but i continue on, need to continue with my supplements eating healthy and drinking lots of water. I do believe my penis is starting to get more elastic is some areas yet my peyronies is being a nerd and trying to squash all my gains, its like my penis want to become more elastic and then it heals wrongly because of the disease. Might need to try the phallosan after workouts and heal in a good state.

I started doing 2 to 3 times per day my stretches since the 28th day, maybe this is too much, and i think it is. I may go back down to just 1 to 2 times per day morning and night.

He had a curve that was ridiculous, he lost literally 2" in length because of it. Well it looks like you may have found one angle to combat peyronie's. A passive or active ADS.

For the time being while you do not have a Phallosan, VLC tugger, or other active ADS, after your workouts you can apply an Ace Wrap which will keep the penis in an expanded state. This is what I use after every workout, except also with a cock-ring because I do clamping and pumping so the cock-ring maintains the girth. You can use either both or just the Ace Wrap on its own.

Excellent advice. When everything else cost too much at least get the ACE to help with healing. It is very inexpensive and will help cement length gains.

100 strokes on dick (burns like a mofo, german stallion used to tell me how he would stroke his dick even though it hurt so bad it felt like fire ( now i guess i know the feeling- doing it anyway))., then i wrapped my dick with a ace wrap got good expansion

I was sitting there pulling on my dick while i had the ace wrap and I felt stinging in my dick, not sure if my penis popped but right after that my penis looked like it used to look when flaccid before peyronies, no idea what happened. Not sure if i did something to hurt it because it has a weird feeling in my dick right now idk.
 
Maybe i started doing too much when i started stretching 2 x a day plus other things. Didn't think i would feel this discouraged since i was on such a good track and i hope i didn't injure anything but I will continue on! I got lots of ginger to help inflammation tomorrow so lets see i can probably eat a lot of that and maybe get this inflammation down.

Sounds like you overtrained a bit, how are things feeling today, any better? If the pain persists let me know.

Ended up sleeping a good while, Pain has gone down so far this morning, feeling a little better. Talked to german stallion, he said i might need to rest as it would help actually, sucks thinking about resting but if i need to do i need to do it. Might do a 5 day on 2 day off type deal, monday / tuesday train - rest wednesday, thursday, friday , saturday train- rest sunday.

I tend to be a bit obsessive and overdue things and i think this gets me in trouble.

This morning i did my kegaling routine- wednesday.


I literally hate looking at ���� but today i did, measured around the 5-3/4 " BPEL and I'm pretty sure it was 6" at one point while measuring. So ill just call that my starting point but i might be getting longer and i have had no idea, so will try to measure again soon to get something accurate because i need a starting point.
 
i need to start monitoring EQ, IF you guys can help me get erections everyday/ night would be great. I was doing my exercises everyday at Day 33 now, and i probably need to start taking rest days from what I read, i might be overtraining. I realize this is a marathon and not a sprint but sometimes i just want to sprint. I will likely start doing a 5 days on 2 days off what do you think guys?

Those rest days sound fine. What are you using for a workout now? As far as erections go, are you doing your Kegels everyday?
