How do I find the tutorial or better yet the video tutorial for the SRT SizeBlaster? I want a demonstration so I know how to perform it. I tried looking it up through search but didn't find anything, probably searched wrong. Thanks for the suggestion DLD and Samurai~
 
just got my bm goliath today and this thing is massive hahaha, ill use it tommorow after length then use it day after tommorow for girth gonna do 1 on 1 off bm and 1 on 1 off slamemrs so transitioning between the two for girth workouts

I'm having trouble understanding the Sizeblaster, sorry if I'm a bother. What percent erection you need? and is it basically behind the scrotum stretch but instead its infront of the sack? And stretch with the hand behind the glans, but what does the hand at the base do besides grip? Does it also pull out? Or dig deeper for the base? or both, I'm sorry this is completely off topic.

I usually do not go behind the balls for the Size Blaster but I have for part of the exercise since this thread appeared. You want to go as deep into the internal structure as possible and once you have done this you will be pulling this outward. You do want to be erect while doing this exercise. So the hand at the base is gripping and stretching out. Once this is done you can perform many different movements with the upper hand against the lower hands function.

Remember that these are not done in sets, more of a long session switching hands as they get tired. I try to go at least 10-30 minutes before masturbation.

PLEASE READ ok so people say erect bends are extremely dangerous and dont even give gains ..... but no1 ever talks about erect bends before your inital girth routine ... personally i beleive erect bends done correctly to deform your whole dick before an expansion is necessary for maximum expansion erect bends alone are extreme deformation without any expansion but if done before you pump/clamp/manual girth routine i promise you that youll receive a better expansion then you ever have had before .... i think of it as an extreme warmup lol ill post a vid soon to show how i effectively am able to hit 100% of the penis and deform it my erect bends are definately unique never seen anyone do them like me but anyways you get the concept please give me your feedback on this ....the whole intire penis structure is temporary deformed but to take advatge of this do your girth workout and expand what is already deformed hope you guys get what im saying lol

I invented erect bends 10 years ago for a way to increase width on the penis and they have been used by many to accomplish this. It is important to know that it is not really a bend as much as it is an arc, causing expansion to each side as you slightly arc the penis in that direction. They have also been used to correct peyronies and bent penis issues. I think they are a very safe and effective exercise and will bring width to the penis when erect.
 
Interesting, so it's a girth work out, I'll start incorporating this after i reach my length goal.
 
i personally believe working in some girth work will help out length , once the penis is fatigued you can get one hell of a strech in a maluable strechy state

Girth work definitely compliments length gains. It is important to understand the volume of the penis is effected greatly by girth meaning it is hard to gain in girth without it effecting length.

I have read many posts in my time on the impact of girth effecting length and visa-versa. Some men believe training girth may hinder length gains and I want to debate this. In my opinion Length and Girth not only complement each other but a small gain in both directions increase the total size of your penis then if you made the same gain in any single area

I hear people comparing the penis to rope or a rubber band stating that it is easier to stretch a thinner rope or band in comparison to a thicker one. I completely agree with this theory but I feel it is a poor penile comparison. The penis is more like a balloon as it is filled with blood when we get an erection and emptied when we are flaccid.

The reason I debate this is simple you can't fill a rope with liquid so it is impossible to expand the rope through increasing thickness. But you can expand a balloon length and thickness by increasing its load capacity. When you fill a balloon past it’s capacity it not only grows wider but longer too. The penis is very similar to balloon in that when we fill it with blood during an erection it expands outward and upward.

With that said I think it is a bad decision to neglect girth in hopes for better length gains. I have always trained both Length and Girth with as much intensity as the other with very good results. What are your opinions?
 
I do agree that girth work compliments length in a certain way, but the thinner the tunica- the easier length gains will come. The thicker the penis is- the more cells need to go through mitosis and therefore the process is slower and more time consuming. This is one of the theories why length works should be done before girth work. :)
 
ok to give my view i see that time window a great time to use if you would like to change to greater length gains or stay with girth because the state of the penis is maluable af and the big oval circumfrence of layering could be thinned out and lengthended of course your still going to get girth aswell but more so lengtth because you take this mau.luable thick rubber band and strech it to the point where it can become and extremely long line as oppose to a thin non maluable rubber band which would break before it reached the distance the thicker one would cover eventually its like streching a melted air head and thinning it out am i high or what lol, honestly i just feel i have a strong mind body connection with my beleifs that i can heal myself quicker just because its logical to think this way its common sence in my eyes .... but for the rubber band im just saying what makes sence in my eyes aswell hahaha
 
Though, I don't think the penis functions the same way as the rubber band you mentioned above. LMAO! :)
