a day or two break each week definitely helps me (those are usually the days that I visit my SO, which gives me a good barometer of EQ vs. fatigue)

I wasn't doing Kegals, at all during the 33 days of stretching when i should have been.

Maybe that is why i haven't had much erections.

ITs basically an even 3,1/2 minute kegaling routine with an even number of kegals/ reverse legals. Did them yesterday, just started.

Will do Monday wednesday friday: Kegals.
Will massage penis on monday/wednesday and friday as well. For 5 minutes

Overnight before bed will do 100 strokes of my dick just to fire her up, this seems counterproductive but i need to get this thing back working.

What do you think?

My BPEL is around 5-3/4 "
BPFSL is around 5 " its actually less than my BPEL- (I can't stretch it all the way out to my BPEL Without probably causing injury it just won't let me go that far Probably because of the peyronies.

Gosh yea I definitely did something to my penis, went to hard, bending more to the left where plaque is! Ohh well, did my stretches

Yes, Kegels are important too practice daily and as often as you can. The more Kegels the better. Try to do them all through the day since they can be done anywhere. As you penis grows it will demand more blood and that blood comes from strong pelvic floor muscles and Kegels are what strengthen this.

Penis looked really big before going to bed looked loose as well.

The other day after stretching i put a hot hands wrap on my dick and wrapped it up, it acted almost like a hanger with light weight, I might try and get a bib hanger and start hanging after seeing some results with this hot hands hanging off my dick.

Super excited guys!!! So i get home tonight, my penis feels as though its a little inflamed but whatever who wouldn't when i have peyronies and i stretch my dick lol......

but anyway, i grab some coconut oil, sit on my bathtub. I have been actively measuring my BPFSL just to try to see where I'm at, I get anywhere from 4 inches - 5 inches and usually i have to work my way up there because my elasticity and tug back is pretty bad because of my peyronies. I have been measuring around
5-3/4 inches BPEL. Well check this I stretch my dick out and I'm able to basically get up to 4,1/2 - 5 inches stretch length pretty quickly maybe even above 5" it just feels as though i can straight stretch my dick out well tonight. I think all this has been paying off. Well i then proceed to lube up with coconut oil i hold my dick in my hands and just imagine it getting bigger to 2 handful lengths and i imagine a girl looking at it and i imagined it growing. Well the thing starts filling with blood and getting longer and longer towards an erection, which i have been having bad EQ lately. Well it gets basically fully erect and i hurry and grab my newly bought measuring ruler.... This dang thing is 6" and a tad bit more, I'm blown away, super excited. I'm possibly gaining back what i lost, not sure how with all this terrible EQ and painful dick but ima keep on pressing on, because somethings working!! I seen it with my own eyes too, next time ill take a pic.

Comeback kid is back! Great news, this must be very inspirational for you! Looking bigger is always a good think but when you measure bigger you now it is the real thing.

Today my dick has got a lot of plaque on the left side and inflammation. Need to eat more ginger, drink more water, drink some vetagable juice, eat vegetables to heal properly. Measured again tonight again i hit 6" BPEL after watching ����.
 
Tomorrow: = rest day, been reading a lot lately all of the monster gainers in P.E have incorporated rest days, especially me with peyronies i probably need some rest. I need better EQ, i need to get this cialis to take at night to help me heal during the night.

Some of the greatest indeed! I was not one myself though :) But my theory on rest is very simple, train 7 days a week, if that is too much take away a day. If that is too much go 5 on 2 off, if that is too much go every other day. What is too much? If you are not able to get an solid erection for girth work, that is the main indicator. Also, some men will have very sore ligament issues after stretching, in this case it depends on when the pain dissipates. Erection quality is all about Kegels, Kegels and more Kegels. The more Kegels you do the less rest you need between girth sessions. Your pelvic floor muscles need to grow stronger as you become bigger to support the need of more blood supply. Having strong muscles in this area is so important to gaining.

For the sake of clarity, let me first define EQ. This is a new term I’ve recently introduced (as of first writing this article), and is important to understand exactly what it means.

EQ basically is the characteristics of Erectile Qualities some of the major ones are as follows;

Ease of erections (how easily it happens).
Frequency of erections (how frequently they happen).
Hardness of erections.
How long they last before fading, ease of keeping them.
Refractory period (how quickly you can get hard again after ejaculation).
Nite and morning wood.

The key to evaluating your EQ is the SUM TOTAL of all of these indicators, taken together! You may find one or two categories may temporarily drop, but if the rest remain the same, the drop is a false indicator. For example, young guys could get nervous with a new girl on a date and lose their erection, but nite and morning wood is still very high…chances are its just nerves and not a real drop in EQ.
True EQ drop will usually effect ALL THE CATEGORIES AT THE SAME TIME! Conversely, a true rise in EQ usually will effect all the categories also at the same time. You evaluate EQ as the sum of it all.

If you already have experienced that, than you can leave now. If this is a new concept to you, than stick around.

Not everyone gains from PE, for some success comes quickly and easily. Others not so easy or quick, and some…can’t seem to get any improvement.

For the last two categories…let me just give you a very important tip. Greatly improved EQ (erectile quality) is something EVERYONE can achieve with PE…unless you already have frequent and easy rock hard erections.

For the rest of us, PE can increase the hardness, frequency and ease of erections…IF IT IS DONE RIGHT!

What is doing PE right? Getting the proper stimulation to recovery ratio. The other CRITICAL factor is……drum roll please…………

IF YOU GET VASTLY IMPROVED EQ…YOUR CHANCES OF GROWTH ARE FAR BETTER!

I have almost NEVER heard of someone getting great growth, while getting deceased EQ…why? A BEAT TO SHIT DICK DOESN’T GROW!

So, if you find you are not growing, or having a very hard time gaining, I suggest you go for great EQ first, then you will find you will have a much better chance of making gains.

So how do you do that?

If you are currently doing PE and you haven’t had improved EQ or worse yet, you have had DECREASED EQ…take 2-3 weeks off…COMPLETELY OFF.

If you have been over training, you will find after about a week or so, your EQ will start to improve. It may continue to improve for several weeks, at which point it will slowly begin to decrease again. This is the point to begin training again.

I would suggest a very simple routine, far less than you had before. Something like 5 minutes of modest jelqing and 5 minutes of kegels every other day or less (kegels are VERY important).

Remember what your EQ was like at its best or highest point, and make sure you maintain that level or at least never be more than one rest day away from that point.

This becomes your baseline…your anchor point. If you find that as you PE your EQ gets even better…THAT becomes your new baseline. Your highest level of EQ should always be your new baseline, because the better your EQ, the greater your chances of being in the growth zone.

So, now with this new baseline, you can slowly increase your PE in whatever force/time variation you choose. My only note on that is I truly believe that if you are unable to get a good erection when you are done, it is probably too much.

[Hanging MAY be an exception, but I would say that if you aren’t getting your baseline EQ back by the next day, it was too much force/time.]

My personal belief is that great nite wood not only indicates you aren’t over training, but I believe it helps cement gains. When my EQ is great (I’m 49), I will literally be rock hard for hours at nite, it will even wake me up.

When I am over training, I get almost no nite wood. Rock hard wood at nite MUST play a huge roll in cementing if not even some gaining…in my thinking.

So, if you are one of those guys that isn’t gaining, and have let your EQ drop into a poor state…consider giving this a try.








EQ is frequency, hardness, easy of attaining erection, ability to maintain it, nite and morning wood. So as in your example, if you rarely got morning wood and now its more frequent, that is an improvement of your EQ…right? Lets just say nothing but that improved…its STILL an improvement in one of the categories, so its an indication of improved EQ.

Some categories are subject to psychological aspects which make them less reliable, which is why it has to be taken as a whole. So lets just say you are a worry wort…and a real stress case. This can have a profound effect on EQ during waking hours. It might make it harder to achieve erections, might effect frequency, etc. HOWEVER, lets just say you are all stressed out, but once you get into it with your wife and stop thinking so much, you find your erections are HARDER than they have been in a long time…thats a VERY positive indicator of improved EQ.

Nite wood is a very good indicator, however, what if you also sleep very soundly? You could be have vastly improved EQ, but not be aware of it. So, you really have to look at all the clues, and really, improvement in any category tends to be an indication of improved EQ.

If you get improvement in any one category, but tend to have a decrease in another category that can be effected by your psychological state (stress or worry) I tend to discount the decreased indicator and more heavily rely on the improved category.

Why? Because you will not get improvement in ANY of the categories if you are in a declining EQ mode, they will ALL decrease to some extent. That is to say if you are beating your dick up too much, the hardness will decrease, the ability to get hard will be more difficult, the ability to stay hard will decrease, the stimulation needed will increase, nite and morning wood will decrease, etc. Now sometimes it may be SLIGHT decreases, but it will never be an improvement of EQ.

So, if you ARE getting improvement in ANY category, I see it as improved EQ.

Having said that, you are showing signs of improvement, if I remember correctly (correct me if I’m wrong). So, that indicates to me that you are moving in the right direction.

So, if after a few weeks of PE at the SAME level, your EQ comes up a certain amount then stays there…I think it would be sensible to slowly add to your routine. If it had been too much PE, you would be experiencing a progressive decline in your EQ.

My current thinking is that I would recommend a routine that could be done on a daily basis, although many people get good results from one on one off or one on and two off. My thinking is that more frequent, lower force is better in the long run for penile health and true growth.

So, at this point I would recommend dropping down to 100 jelques (from 150 every other day), but now do it daily. I would do that by itself for about 2 weeks and access your EQ. If during this time you find your EQ improves even more, or at least stays the same…then I would suggest add about 2 minutes of stretching after those two weeks are up.

In the Bigtime gainer thread, the gentleman would add about 2-3 minutes every 3 weeks. I would add that I would only add it if your EQ is at least at your highest level or very close to it. If your EQ dips after adding the additional time, I would hold at that level until EQ comes back up to your highest level or sets a new, better high.

I think this is a very sensible, safe approach.

Now, the other factor is what I will call the “break over point”. I think for every person/PE technique, there is a minimum daily time needed to start to stimulate true growth…and it is probably unique for each individual.

So, lets just say for you, it won’t be until you reach 30 minutes of daily jelquing before you really start to grow…however, it might take you 6 months to reach the level of conditioning before you can DO 30 minutes without it causing negative PIs and massive depletion of your EQ.

I think this is the case for many so called “hard gainers”. The amount of stimulation needed to grow is far more than they can initially sustain, so they just jump around and NEVER find it because there are far too many variables thrown into their routines, and they don’t understand what role PIs play in their investigation.

So, by using a slow, progressively increasing PE routine, while watching PIs and EQ…I think you vastly increase your chances of success in growing a bigger dick at best, and at the least, a much better functioning dick which is damn near as good as a bigger dick. And as I have said before, when you dick is at high EQ levels, I think growth is just a small shift away ( either up or down of time or force).
 
Put this in my thread because i have peyronies disease and i think I've been overtraining, i have not had an increase in EQ recently but a drop my dick hurts a lot more and i think i injured myself so i need to back off a little on my routine and do something different. Not trying to be discouraged just realistic with my goals since this is a marathon not a sprint. What do you guys think?

I have had no morning or nighttime wood and frequency of erections is non existent in the day.

Do some deep massage daily at the effected areas to help break down any plaque. The soreness of the penis is very normal after intense stretching. If it is too sore give yourself a day off to heal.

Some days are like that but we have to do what needs to be done. Do not give up on this journey. It takes time but it is always worth it.

Hey I am back, I now have calmed down the plaques, I have my Cialis - 5mg , anti inflammatory, I also have testosterone pills I'm taking, I'm working out, and I also take garlic everyone morning.

Anyone have an idea of how long I should stretch my dick out every day to take this easy and light?
