lm would be the negation of such a debacle, easily or a very thought through decon break . Also dont believe that the
bm is mainly for girth beleive that its increbile for an aditon to your length routine aswell as temp length gains in the
bm result in qucker erect gains as ive noticed in other instances and teir belif and views of pe . To me logically a pump could be insane for length aswell as girth , check this out

newbie routine aswell but adding slammers 30 sec each direction twice and new kind of rotary that makes me get lig pops everytime my method make my quick routine for length highly effective and my quick girth routine. If youve seen my main thread 10 inch jounrey youd see that i was previously doing 5-6 hours manually a day talk about commitment 4 hours length 2 hours girth . with now a 30 30 routine besided my warm up which id add 15 to both girth and lengthso 1 hour 30 min vs 6 hours and this is sppilt into morning and before bed i dont warm down besides jelqing after streching then pull my
uncle jims wrap on and be elongatd for 2 hours average , i make sure i have room to kegal blood in , id say i keep it like .3.2 lower then my el or equivalent i still can strech out while wrappped for more . I have a new complete way to warming up to provide me for the best session for girth and length , with added techniques to follow and alot of manuals hahah.
