5th day of Rest.

My dick is Hee Youuuuuuuuuge! Its solid and hard internally. It's like when you are in the cold and you dick freezes (and becomes solid internally) and shrinks. Except, mine is just solid. I definately feel and look bigger.

I am suspecting its due to the PC workout along with Jelquing and Stretching that I am getting fast results. As well, as my recovery time.

You see too many people due Penis Enlargement without PC workouts. I encourage you do both, and you're results will improve.

PC Squeeze - 25x Warmup

PC Squeeze - Hold for as long as possible. At least 2 minutes.

PC Squeeze - Squeeze for 20sec. 10x with 10sec break.
^These will increase in duration of squeeze while maintaining the same amount of rest, as the weeks progress.

PC Squeeze - 25x Cooldown



Tongue Strength

For Cunnilingus
The following will just increase the duration as the weeks progress.

1:45 seconds - Stick tounge out of mouth as far as possible

1:45 seconds - Reach for nose with tongue

1:45 seconds - Tounge to the Right

1:45 seconds - Tongue to the Left

1:45 seconds - Tongue pointing Down

Penis Enlargement

Jelquing

Stretch:
30 seconds - Straight Out

30 seconds - Straight Up

30 seconds - To the Right

30 seconds - To the Left

30 seconds - Straight Down

Who told you? Who sent you? LMAO

There isn't much to elaborate on. The first one you stick your tongue straight out as far as possible. The second, reach as far up (towards your nose) as possible. Then, as far to the right/left/down.

It's simple really. It's up to you to figure out how much time to hold your tongue in that position.

Pick an amount of time that will make you go thru torture. You want it to burn. Good Luck and let me know how it goes.

I'm starting to be able to get Male Multiple Orgasms. If you want to use my exercises to reach this point as well, I recommend you check out what I did when I used to workout everyother day. Do that for one week. Rest for about a week and a half, and you'll get to that level where you can block the flow of semen.
