Comment: This was relatively easy. I'll start to increase the total hold in the 2nd PC Squeeze and I'll experiment with higher intensity for the 3rd PC Sqeeze.

I believe it was yesterday, my penis was very tightly contracted in my flaccid state. I only experience that when my PC Muscle is recovered, which would explain why today's Workout was easy.

Comment: Out in the front, was relatively hard. The Sides, were the hardest. Up and Down were relatively easy, with Down being the easiest.

Comment: The second set of squezzes wasn't that hard, however if you look up, you will notice that I didn't get to a total hold of two minutes on the first one.

I'm thinking that I will only due PC two days a week and the tongue workout only twice a week, as well.
 
I don't feel like typing much so here is the shortest way I can write it:

4 in 1 Exercise

This exercise works on:

PC Muscle
Abdominals & Obliques
BC Muscle
Male Multiple Orgasms

What do you do?

Practice doing this in the shower, or wherever else you'd like. Get an erection and start masterbating. This is how you should do it.

Hunch over.
Drive your hips up and forward.
The combination of the two should get your abs to flex. If they aren't then flex them! Trying to make your stomach "stick" out helps them flex.

Now you start wacking it. What you will notice is that you will reach the feeling of an orgasm very quickly. This is because if you are doing this right, with your hips forward, hunched over, and abs flexed, your BC Muscle will be flexing the whole time.

When you start to feel like you are going to cum, stop! Start using your PC Muscle to block the flow of semen. The more PC Workout Exercises you do, the stronger your PC Muscle will be when you want to block the flow of semen.

Eventually, you will completely block all of the flow of semen and you will achieve a Male Multiple Orgasm, which is an orgasm, without ejaculation.

Another benefit of doing this is that you are doing what is called edging. You are going to the edge of orgasm, and then you stop. This builds a lot more control and stamina. As well, as you get a good workout, depending on how hard you go, you dirty devil you...

And, I might also implement a bit of Peter North's PC Exercise of putting a book on the dick to have some resistance. What book could I use to put on my dick? :s

Comment: WOW! What a workout! It's been a week since I last did a PC Workout. With the addition of another PC Squeeze at the end, that workout was a GREAT one! I'll just have to see how long it takes me to recover from a High Intensity Workout, like that one.

Comment: I went shorter amount of time with more intensity. Turns out I got just as much of a intensity in the workout, as if I were to do it for 1 minute without that HIGH INTENSITY. I did however, find that the back of my neck would tense up, when doing the workout.
