4th Day of rest..
 
I've been bodybuilding for a while, the whole week's rest idea is very good but it works better for bigger muscle groups.
There's a new training type called HIT training, you train your whole body each day, concentrating on one part primarily.

If you let your muscle rest a week, it will grow each day and will stop growing at the 2nd - 4th day, after that it will SLIGHTLY shrink (4th - 7th day). You still want to take the week's break? it would be a good idea having a minimal PC workout every 2 days to keep the muscle from shrinking. ;)

I've been thinking about this for some time and with the incentive and second opinion of sparky, I'll be spliting my workout in two parts & a half.

PC Training: Mon., Wed., Fri

Tongue Training: Tues., Thurs.

Penis Enlargement: Saturday

PC Routine

Since it is Wednesday...

PC Squeeze - 25x Warmup

PC Squeeze - Held for 45seconds. Then for the rest of the time, my abs started flexing and it become harder to breath. Total Hold: 2 minutes.

BC Squeeze - 25x

PC Squeeze - Squeeze for 20sec. 8x with 10sec break.
^These will increase in duration of squeeze while maintaining the same amount of rest, as the weeks progress.

Comment: My PC Muscle doesn't feel strong nor weak. Which is better than feeling weak. Additionally, I don't think I'd need a week to recover. That might have been a psychological think You shall become as you think type of thing.

On to the tongue workout...

Tongue Strength

For Cunnilingus
The following will just increase the duration as the weeks progress.

1 minute - Stick tounge out of mouth as far as possible

1 minute - Reach for nose with tongue

1 minute - Tounge to the Right

1 minute - Tongue to the Left

1 minute - Tongue pointing Down

Comment: As you may have noticed, I decreased the duration of these holds. I'm doing this because I'm in no hurry, since I'll be doing these workouts more frequently. Plus, I want to make the 1 minute as close to perfect extension as possible, so I can get that burn.

I missed yesterday's PC Muscle Workout, but that's okay. Yesterday, my PC my erections and muscle felt weak. Today, I made a significant change in the strength. I'm not to sure about this New Recovery period of 1 day, but I'll tweek it and eventually get the right amount of recovery.

As far as Penis Enlargement goes, I may have to STOP. That's right STOP! My goal was to get 8 inches, and I think I've GOT IT! I noticed today in the shower that my erection was bigger than usual, and I measured going off of the size of my hands, and I definately DID MAKE SOME GAINS! Officially, I'm going to have to measure it with the o'l rula...

Comment: Today, I didn't feel like I isolated the muslce very much during my workout. By that I mean, that it didn't feel like my muslce was working as hard as in my past workouts. I didn't feel as much of a burn as I did in the past.


Question: Can anyone here tell me what the purpose and the point of having a strong BC Muscle is?

Special Surprise: As for the special surprise goes, here's a hint. It'll be about having more control, 4-in-1 type training, and achieving MMOs.

PC Comments: I don't really feel stronger or weaker. Well, I do feel a little bit stronger, or that might just be positive thinking. Judging by tommorow's workout I'll be able to tell if I need more recovery or not.

^Today's Tongue workout was difficult. Either because I didn't get enough rest, or because I didn't distract myself as I usually do. Instead of focusing on the tongue, I would focus on something else and I just fly thru the pain.
