60 seconds - Stick tounge out of mouth as far as possible

60 seconds - Reach for nose with tongue

60 seconds - Move tongue around clockwise

60 seconds - Move tongue arounde counter-clockwise

60 seconds - Move tongue up and down


I might do the PC Workout tonight if I get around to it.

People i reported losing some gains but not all gains after a year or so of no Penis Enlargement so ur cool ok.

Incredible improvement. I can go without cumming FOREVER. I'll be working on Male Multiple Orgasms as well. Next week, I'll change my routine a bit and go even more intense. I still don't know if I want to start to Penis Enlargement, because today I realized just how big I already am...

I'm feeling a little weaker today and I was thinking about doing my exercises. However, I think it's a REST that I need and not a WORKOUT! My muscles need to recover. Thus, I will do the exercises tommorrow, and I'll try to change the routine a little bit. Eventually, making it the BEST PC WORKOUT EVER!
 
"This is what I have always done. After I finish getting rid of the urine, I jelq the rest of the urine out and wipe it with TP. Most guys just wank it or something like that. ya, i've always squeezed mine dry too. i got a leaky valve and there's always some left in there. maybe this is why i have 6" girth. but i don't wear underwear.

I'm going to take a rest and let my muslces heal. If I were to do a workout by the end of the night, it'd be the Tongue Workout. Otherwise, I'll just rest my muslces...

This is my second day of HEALING. Whoever said that the PC Muscle needs ONE DAY of recovery, WTF are YOU doing? You must be doing those easy low intensity type workouts.

There is NO-WAY your PC muscle recovers in ONE DAY! Uh-uh...

I'm looking to take about a week of recovery.
