PC Workout

PC Squeeze - 75x Warmup

PC Squeeze - 1:00s Then I took a break and did it again for 1:30 stopping because my abs started to tense up.

PC Squeeze - 75x Warmup

PC Squeeze - Squeeze for 20sec. 8x with 10sec break. This one wasn't impossible, yet it wasn't a breeze. It was a slight challenge.

PC Squeeze - 75x Warmup

PC Squeeze - I held for about 55 seconds, then I started to do PC puslse (which are short fast squeezes) then a hold for about 5 seconds, then back to the pulse, until I reached 2 minutes.

Today's workout wasn't that bad. I'll want to have a much more intense workout in the following week.

It's been a long time and I think I've taken too much time for recovery. I don't feel like I am a rock hard MACHINE. I want my PC muscle to be rock hard again, and I'm going to be doing things a little different this time. Thus, without further ado:

NEW PC Workout Version 1.0

PC Squeeze - 10 squeezes as fast as possible. - 25x

PC Squeeze - Alternate between a Short Squeeze and a 2 second Hold - 200 squeezes

PC Squeeze - Hold for as long as possible in the strongest squeeze. Once the squeeze weakens, then stop. - 2x

PC Squeeze - 10 squeezes as fast as possible. - 25x


Comment: This feels like I'm going to get some good stregth gains with this one. LMAO

That PC workout was one of the best ones I have ever done! With 2 days of rest (including Wed.) my PC muslce was SOLID! It was as defined and strong as if you were to flex your bicep. It was a NOTICABLE STRENGTH. Plus, it took me a while to cum.

I recommend that you try this one out, and let me know what happens.

Agradece for the greeting Mike! I've been taking a break, because I was exhasperated with the lack of success that I wanted. I took a step back and realized what kind of workout would be GOLD! Now, I'm found a GREAT ONE and I'm happy with the results so far.

I see you are becoming fluent in Portuguese ?? That is also very cool. Believe me, Portuguese is a bitch to grasp, it is one of the hardest languages to learn so they say. There are tons of verbal times, for each litle word there are loads of different ways you can say them or write them. Geeez i'm native and even i find it hard man...:s

Okay! Preventing ejaculation is very easy for me now, and I'm going to be able to have MMO again, but this time they'll be more powerful. I'll do a few more weeks of this workout before I start to tweek it, again.

I'm back. I wanted to relax my muscle so I can develop a routine from a beginner to a master sex guru. Thus, I will start again with this one, which is my best workout routine so far.

You probably gave up too soon. If you can come back to the forum and get a length master, I'm sure you will get to your length goal within a year. Gone are the days when men train with their bare hands. We now have too many meaningful devices that can accelerate your gains.
