We are constantly thinking along the same lines. I don't come on here very often, but whenever I do it's because I've come up with a new idea for
hanging and want to see if anybody has tried it before. Time and again, you'll have posted on the subject.
I didn't read your whole essay (I'll get to it), but as to topic 3, I have been doing exactly that. Hanging. I'm incredibly busy and need to do work constantly, so I can't do manual stretches. My routine is this: every day I do three 20 minute sets of
hanging. I lie in bed, and on the first set, I put the
weight to my left and over a ledge with height above my leg, thus using my thigh as a fulcrum. I do the same for my right leg. In the middle, I used to do
BTC hanging, but found that it was hurting my upper pubic region without giving me that great of a stretch. So, lately I have been using a broom handle as a fulcrum. Using this method, I've gained .6 inches in around a month and a half. Once I can stand the
weight enough where 20 minutes really isn't doing anything for me, I up it.
In between this, I have recently started doing [words=http://www.

hanger. I've figured out a way that I can where it all day without losing any circulation. This has helped to keep my shaft very loose and soft, which I think gives me much better stretches.
Also, I've been using a snakehanger for all of this. I think I'm going to end up making my own
hanger though, using a riser clamp like you referenced to with your python
hanger. I'll let you know how that works out.
