I found the essay very interesting and I'm intrigued to learn more, particularly about the last part where you talk about the chemical/supplement growth from within at the cellular level. Has any more research or experimentation been done in that area since? From what you said it all seems to make sense and, if indeed it is that simple and works in the way described, it would be a huge advancement for Penis Enlargement. At least in the chemical/supplemental area. I would be willing to experiment with this myself when more is known and within safe limits :)

We are constantly thinking along the same lines. I don't come on here very often, but whenever I do it's because I've come up with a new idea for hanging and want to see if anybody has tried it before. Time and again, you'll have posted on the subject.

I didn't read your whole essay (I'll get to it), but as to topic 3, I have been doing exactly that. I basically combine DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] with Hardcore Hanging. I'm incredibly busy and need to do work constantly, so I can't do manual stretches. My routine is this: every day I do three 20 minute sets of hanging. I lie in bed, and on the first set, I put the weight to my left and over a ledge with height above my leg, thus using my thigh as a fulcrum. I do the same for my right leg. In the middle, I used to do BTC hanging, but found that it was hurting my upper pubic region without giving me that great of a stretch. So, lately I have been using a broom handle as a fulcrum. Using this method, I've gained .6 inches in around a month and a half. Once I can stand the weight enough where 20 minutes really isn't doing anything for me, I up it.

I've figured out a way that I can where it all day without losing any circulation. This has helped to keep my shaft very loose and soft, which I think gives me much better stretches.

Also, I've been using a snakehanger for all of this. I think I'm going to end up making my own hanger though, using a riser clamp like you referenced to with your python hanger. I'll let you know how that works out.

Anyways, keep up the good work. Just thought I would let you know that you're thoughts are on the right track and have proven to work for me.

Glad I checked out this thread there's a good discussion going on. I'm interested in your hanging methods and the DHT supplementation I think it will be a good addition to my routine. What's a good brand of DHT? I'm also interested in the more serious chemicals you mention but I'm guessing I should save it for when I get in my late 20s early 30s and exhausted all other pe efforts and want to try something new.
 
King snake, thanks for the info. I understand I'm years late on this convo but I hope you or somebody out there can read this and shed some light or give some advice. Of course increasing the size of the penis is what I been trying to do. I approach it with diet and nutrition. I eat healthy as in vegetarian and nutrition I take are L argine every morning and I take blue green algae. I also do heavy lift training and after those 3 things I do my penis excerixises witch include 5minute warming up 10 minute stretching , kegels (flexing the PC muscle, my warm up) and 10 minutes of jelqing and then I cool down with a shower.
