Agreed, 20lbs is a crapton of force to be exerting on your penis for an extended period.

It would be cool to be able to take a quick trip to the bathroom, and come back with 20 lbs of force on your penis though. Let that stretch for 20 or 30 minutes, then lighten the load.

Thus issue in mobility and discreetness. And also, sometimes it detaches involuntarily from my glans.
