Will that measurement allow this? Have you measured? It is a strange thing, when I was a teen I could do it but as I got older it became impossible by like a foot. I can barely do it today, it must have a lot to do with the flexibility of the back. I would have to gain another 1" to really achieve what I could as a teen and I am already 4+" longer! So my measurement, with my current back condition, would have to be close to 12".
 
Oh, you know I've measured.
It would have to be a solid 9".

Maybe I'll go to a yoga class and ask the teacher to train me until I can blow myself.
 
Measurements
Just a few things to cover:
1) I am using a new ruler due to the flash on my camera this way I can get a clearer and better picture.
2) Tonight after taking my third measurements I realized how stupid I was and completely fucked up my measurements from the beginning from simply reading the ruler wrong.

Anyways after going back to my pictures and re-evaluating these are my new Initial stats, July stats, and September stats...

Measurement I / July 15, 2012
EG: 4.44 in / 11.28 cm
BPenis EnlargementL: 6.06 in / 15.39 cm

Measurement II / August 15, 2012 (Gained EG (+0.12 in / +00.30 cm) BPenis EnlargementL (+0.19 in / +00.49 cm))
EG: 4.56 in / 11.58 cm
BPenis EnlargementL: 6.25 in / 15.88 cm

Measurement III / September 15, 2012 (Gained EG (+0.07 in / +00.18 cm) BPenis EnlargementL (+0.25 in / +00.64 cm))
EG: 4.63 in / 11.76 cm
BPenis EnlargementL: 6.50 in / 16.51 cm

Overall Gains / July 15, 2012 - September 15, 2012
EG +0.19 in / +00.48 cm

Well I haven't any change on girth but I hae not been working it much. Length has improved a bit and on a good day it is 6.5" BPenis EnlargementL still very tough to take a picture and hold the ruler at the same time. So it shows just under 6.25". I am just under 6" NBPenis EnlargementL
