I was inspired to start this thread by Priapus90 because he got such good length gains from the Gold's Gym Band stretches.He has also incorporated the 10lb kettle bell weight into his routine.
I bought the 15 lb kettle bell from Walmart.They have 10,15 and 20 lb. ones to select from.Since I 've been doing Penis Enlargement since october of 2010 I got the 15lb. kettle bell for extra intensity .Here in Canada the kettle bell cost $20 for the 10lb.,$28 for the 15lb.,and I think $35 for the 20lb. which I will probably get later when I want to increase the intensity again.
I have been doing the hanging/stretches with it for about a week now and it looks very promising for length gains.I will post my routine briefly every day as a journal for myself and anyone who wants to follow along or is interested.
I plan to measure my progress every month with the first measure date being June 30th.
I am starting out at 7"EL and 5" EG.
My short term goal is half inch of erect length in 3 months.After my first measurement date in june I will be able to tell if this is reasonable or not .
I am going to only do the kettle bell hanging so that I can determine whether its a good way to gain length or not .I also will do jelqing following the hanging.I was inspired by CrazyDoc to do only one exercise to determine if its effective.CrazyDoc is doing an intense [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Sizegenetics[/words] routine.
The kettle bell is a weight with a handle attached.I have wrapped the handle with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] to make it more comfortable on the skin of my dick and to prevent it from sliding back and forth .
The exercise is to put your dick through the handle and hold it behind the head while the weight sits at the base.I hold the head in a upward position and stretch so that the weight stays close to my body resting on the base.I feel an intense pull on my ligaments and inner penis.
I hold the stretch for one minute and then change hands and continue this way for the duration of the session.
I started at 15 minute sessions twice/day and added a minute each day.After each session I do 15 minutes of wet jelqing at about 70-90 percent erect.I am definitely sore after the second session.
Today is my first official entry to my journal so my routine was 18 minutes of hanging and 15 minutes of wet jelqing.The second session was 16 minutes (cause I was too sore to go any longer)
followed by 10 minutes of wet jelqing.
In between the 2 sessions I had sex and my EQ from this routine is very good.I am trying to work up to 20 minute sessions twice a day.Good luck to me!
