I was inspired to start this thread by Priapus90 because he got such good length gains from the Gold's Gym Band stretches.He has also incorporated the 10lb kettle bell weight into his routine.

I bought the 15 lb kettle bell from Walmart.They have 10,15 and 20 lb. ones to select from.Since I 've been doing Penis Enlargement since october of 2010 I got the 15lb. kettle bell for extra intensity .Here in Canada the kettle bell cost $20 for the 10lb.,$28 for the 15lb.,and I think $35 for the 20lb. which I will probably get later when I want to increase the intensity again.

I have been doing the hanging/stretches with it for about a week now and it looks very promising for length gains.I will post my routine briefly every day as a journal for myself and anyone who wants to follow along or is interested.

I plan to measure my progress every month with the first measure date being June 30th.
I am starting out at 7"EL and 5" EG.
My short term goal is half inch of erect length in 3 months.After my first measurement date in june I will be able to tell if this is reasonable or not .

I am going to only do the kettle bell hanging so that I can determine whether its a good way to gain length or not .I also will do jelqing following the hanging.I was inspired by CrazyDoc to do only one exercise to determine if its effective.CrazyDoc is doing an intense [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Sizegenetics[/words] routine.

The kettle bell is a weight with a handle attached.I have wrapped the handle with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] to make it more comfortable on the skin of my dick and to prevent it from sliding back and forth .

The exercise is to put your dick through the handle and hold it behind the head while the weight sits at the base.I hold the head in a upward position and stretch so that the weight stays close to my body resting on the base.I feel an intense pull on my ligaments and inner penis.
I hold the stretch for one minute and then change hands and continue this way for the duration of the session.
I started at 15 minute sessions twice/day and added a minute each day.After each session I do 15 minutes of wet jelqing at about 70-90 percent erect.I am definitely sore after the second session.

Today is my first official entry to my journal so my routine was 18 minutes of hanging and 15 minutes of wet jelqing.The second session was 16 minutes (cause I was too sore to go any longer)
followed by 10 minutes of wet jelqing.

In between the 2 sessions I had sex and my EQ from this routine is very good.I am trying to work up to 20 minute sessions twice a day.Good luck to me!

The 20lb is going to be intense man if you decide to do the hanging.I would start off with fewer minutes and and increase the duration of ur sessions over time .
No I'm not sure I will gain length from this ,thats why I have started this thread...however from doing this for about a week now I can tell my dick is getting bigger altho I don't want to measure till the end of June.

Way to go Priapus90! I started this exercise inspired by your work and gains!So have you been doing these now for 2 and a half months?Looking forward to next week and ur measure date man!Are you still at 20 minute sessions with 10 lbs.?

If I understand correctly you're using your hand for the full 15min though, is that correct?
 
Yes.You need to hold ur dick up at a high angle to keep the kettle bell weight on the base and close to ur body.
In essence you are doing hanging and stretching at the same time!

So this is a kettlebell V-Stretch then.

I will illustrate this in a video [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]mos[/words]-def for you guys,But for now this is what dickleaker is doing.

Step 1) Get a kettlebell,(wal-mart or online)I have a ton of them and i hang with 45 to 50 pounds bundled hanging.

Step 2) Wrap your dick with theraband or [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] for non-slipping.

Step 3) Put dick threw the hole like your doing a V- Stretch

Step 4) Hold for 5 -15 minutes sessions depending on how strong your hands are and depends on how conditioned your dick is.

When i do bundled hanging with these i do about 2-30 minute sets SD
and then a 30 minute [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] clamping session.
I will add these into my routine tho,But i will start with my 30 pound kettlebells for 2-15 minute sets.
Stat right now:
8 NBPL
5 3/4 girth

Update on this method:

I tried the 30 pound kettlebell for this and had one small problem,Hand slippage so i will have to work on this during the week.
But there is a solution to this problem:

1) you can use baby powder
2) Use a barbell and put your dick threw the hole with a piece of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] or theraband for grip,The more flaccid hang the better it is.

I have to keep switching hands every minute cause I start to slip as well.

Day 2
19 minutes X 2 sessions followed by 10 minute erect jelqing each time .I love jelqing more than any other Penis Enlargement exercise.

I've been careful but after watching closely I can see now I can hold the weight very well. I have to say, it is an awesome feeling too. Gripping does seem to be a problem, I'll try baby powder. I only do about 1 or 2 minutes of holding cause I don't want to mess with the circulation.

The first day I felt my ligments burning a bit. Now they don't, I swear I feel my erection feels stronger though. Maybe "too" strong haha.

@Sirkyle-I put it threw the main hole of the barbell.

I use the barbells first to warm up 15 gold gym barbells,Then 30 pound kettlebells for 1-2 minutes for each set for 15 mins each.

That will work but I've been at this a long time! Slippin your dick thru the hole that the bar goes thru is more than a lil painful and the weight will be movin alot!!

Would you guys say because of the weight distribution, this hits different ligments than say predominately used hanging methods?

Would be funny being kettle bell exercises work tendons and ligments alot more than normal weight lifting.

I haven't done any hanging besides the kettle bell stretches so can t compare for u.
In the week and a half since I've been doing these I can see my erect cock getting bigger so am pretty excited.As a side effect my cock is rock hard when erect from doing these .
I'm guessing the intense hanging off the base of my dick is pulling inner penis out and stretching the ligaments on the top part of my dick -but I' not an expert .

Haha Yes the names are enjoyable. Im pretty proud of this one.

I've actually been doing about 5 or sets of 1 minute hangs of my 20lb Kettle Bell. Seems to be working pretty well.. Really really works the perineum. Whenever I have a Erection, I just feel the contractions are tons stronger.

Since my later sessions have been noticing some difference in the length aswell.

Day 3

Kettle bell 15 lb. hanging for 20 minutes followed by 10 minutes of erect wet jelqing X 2 sessions.
One session in morning and one in evening.

I am thinking of attaching a 5 lb weight plate to the bottom of the kettle bell to increase the weight and intensity to 20lbs.
 
The only other exercise I do is dlds sock method for length.

I sort of feel my perineum is getting very use to the weight of 20 pounds, do you stretch toward the belly button and against your body at all? or just in a general upward direction?

Straight up man!! I stretch against my body towards my belly botton (for me its passed my belly button by about 3 inches! LOL!!)
 
Kettle Bell stretch #1- Put you penis thru the handle and pull straight up towards your belly button!! The kettlebell handle should sit on the extreme base of your dick!
Kettle Bell stretch #2- Put your penis thru the handle and pull your penis STRAIGHT out from your body (if your standing your penis is perpendicular to the floor)! The kettle bell should sit in the middle of your dick thus creating a shallow "v" shape.
Kettle Bell Fake Hanging- Put your hand thru the handle of the kettle bell! Allow it to sit on your wrist thus weighting your arm! Grip your penis behind the glands and allow the weight of the kettle bell and your arms to pull your penis downward as if hanging. I don't feel a good stretch right away doin this but the more time you spend on it the more "burn" you feel!! This can be done in 5 minute sets switching hands to prevent fatigue!
Kettle Bell Mandingo Stretch- Put your Penis thru the handle of your kettle bell and allow it to sit at the extreme base of your dick!! Perform a standard mandingo strech and you got it!! I feel ALOT OF intensity in this stretch!

Hmmm, this is good stuff. My thought is to be able to sit the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] on top of my legs (while in the device) while having the kettle ball hanging at the base of my shaft. My mission is to be able to passively perform this workout while I'm on the computer. It will also ensure that my grip is not the limiting factor. My only concern is that the angle will not be high enough to force the kettle ball to the base of my shaft.

I'll update you with the results within a day or two.
 
@magiksock- You shouldn't have to "force the kettle bell to the extreme base of your cock with the upward stretches!! You start out that way!! When you begin the exercise, you place it at the extreme base and begin the high angle upward stretch!

My EQ is GREAT!! I am still on the same routine!! I measure on friday!! I hoped to have gained more! I'm 8 inches in length as of the first friday in May! :D And thanks for the compliment pjp2002 I hope to bring so mew ideas to Penis Enlargement!!
 
im debating on trying these out. do you think it would be more effective if you run a tie through the kettlebell handle, then slide the tie over your dick it seems like it would put even more pressure on the base then if you put the kettlebell directly since its a smaller area that can get closer to teh skin and create more of a downward isolated stretch then the larger area of the kettlebell resting on the dick..

Pripus did you gain .5 inches in length just from these alone? were you doing any other exercises or can you surely say that it is a result of these, also what was your exact routine, time with the stretch and how many days per week.

just wondering if hanging from the base is as effective as normal hanging which seems like it would pull the ligs out more but who knows.

I would think attaching a tie to ur dick and then the kettlebell may pull on more ligaments than resting on ur base BUT I think it would cut off the circulation.These stretches are very intense and I am changing my hands every minute cause they get tired.

However give it a try for maybe 5 minutes at a time and report back.

Day 6
20 minutes of kettle bell hang/stretch and 10 minutes of erect wet jelqing.

I decided not to do a second session- my dick is very fatigued and I am gonna rest it for 2 days and then back on for 5.

I actually wasn't very scientific about halfway thru one of the measuring months I started these and continued the next month and gain .5 inches from it... I was a lil more scientific this time! I had a good starting measurement and I'm following the same routine thru the entire month! June the 3rd is measuring day!! We find out if the shit is worth the money and effort on that day!! Hope to have good results. A smaller band might work... I'm VERY sensitive down there... like so sensitive vasoline doesn't feel good to me it actually burns! Anything smaller than the handle of the kettle bell hurts me!! But if your cool with that the modification might work for ya Bub!! :D
 
I'm going to keep my eye on them but I'm looking at doing the DLD blasters next.

You could try these with a 5 lb plate instead of the kettle bell.
The kettle bells come in 10,15 or 20 lb.
I have been using the 15 lb. one.
