Thanks Bub!! I'm gonna be able to do some but not my usual routine... I look bigger if that counts! But I think I'm loosing weight so its not a real gain just a visual bonus!! LOL!!
 
Day 15 was yesterday ...didn't have time to post.

22 minute kettle bell V stretch /hang at 15 lbs. followed by 17 minutes of wet erect jelqing
 
Day 16 which was yesterday ...again no time to post last night

20 minutes kettle bell V stretch/hang 15 lb. standing up! followed by 10 minutes of erect wet jelqing X 2 sessions

Have started applying the Amylactin cream I have on my dick constantly thru out the day for last couple of days after reading some recent posts of it by other members and have noticed a lightening of my skin which I am happy about .I think I was under aplying it before at twice a day!

Does anyone know if there is a danger from to much exposure to this stuff?
 
Day 17
21 minutes kettle bell V stretch /hang at 15 lbs followed by 22 minutes of wet erect jelqing

evening session I decided to change it up a bit and will follow this slightly different routine till my measure day at end of month
15 minutes of BTC stretches ...alternating left side to right side of balls every minute

followed by 12 minutes more of wet erect jelqing
 
Today was a rest day !

I was doing some edging to adult entertainment tho and thought -fuck my cock looks big !

I couldn't resist so I grabbed the measuring stick and tape measure instead of waiting another week which was my scheduled measure date.

HAPPY to say I have made gains with this routine and my new erect length is 7 1/4" which for me is unbelievable cause I was such a non believer and skeptic when I started Penis Enlargement last October.
l have also gotten thicker from the Kettle bell V stretching and is now 5.5" and my midshaft is about the same at 5".
My starting stats were 6" EL and 4.5" EG.

The only thing I ve changed in my routine is adding Behind the Cheeks stretches cause they are my fav and the stretch is incredible.Welcome back ...thought I didn't see u for awhile ...a break is really good cause I bet u missed Penis Enlargement and are prob very excited and motivated to get back at it right ?

My new short term gaol is 7.5" EL by the end of August my birthday.I am already crazy happy for where I 'm at now so everything else that comes along is a huge bonus.

What's your stat's at the moment Bud? Btw!! I'm not gonna take my monthly measurement till the 11th because of my vacation time!! Your gains encouraged me!! I'm glad this stuff I came up with ain't just a hoax or something that works only for me!! Great job once again!! :D

I m at 7 1/4" EL and 5.5"EG.
So unless you really slack off I will take a bit longer to catch U but the cool thing is that now I know i will because i have seen my results."BIG" believer now man!!!

AM 20 minute kettle bell V stretch standing up at 15 lbs. followed by 20 minute wet erect jelqing!

didn t have time for my second session :(


Day 21 was today:

afternoon- 20 minutes of kettle bell V stretches
10 minutes of BHC stretches
10 minutes of wet erect jelqing

evening- 20 minutes of kettle bell V stretches
12 minutes of BHC stretches
20 minutes of wet erect jelqing

that setup sounds ingenious dude ...If I were to do that I think my sets might be a bit shorter to keep the blood flow fresh into my dick while doing the exercise.Right now i am changing hands every couple of minutes and when I do that i shake fresh blood into my dick.
However I do not want to change ur mind on this in anyway...just something to think about and u may find that 20 minutes sets are good for u using the head attachment of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].

Good for u for trying! How much weight were u using?

Try the BTC stretches...grab ur dick with ur whole hand and then u can squeeze ur butt muscles for extra stretch...they are very good and super intense!

For the longest time with the KB Stretches that I do, I NEVER wrapped!! I started experiance some discomfort with the bare metal on my dick!! Well I don't like wrapping its to cumbersome and time consuming! So, I wrapped the handle of the KB in duct take!! The discomfort is GREATLY lessened!! Just thot I'd share!!!
