*The funniest show is "Southern Fried Stings " if you have truTV you've got to watch this show. it gives Family guy a run for its money. I seen only 2 shows of it yesterday but I was laughing the whole time. Must see TV.
 
Last night session was the best I have had maybe ever. While doing bundled stretches I kept hearing this noise that sounding like a clock ticking. Is that ligs poping? There was no pain but I could clearly hear this noise.I skipped the jelqing as well.

After my session I added about 20 minutes of Ballooning and I did Reverse Kegels very intense. Each one was 30-60+ seconds. I would push as hard as possible and hold till failure. I got more engorge doing this than I ever have, even more than clamping. I hear in the TGC method some guys are made different as far as the tissue(amount of smooth muscle or something like that). I wonder if I am cause I don't really get that engorge with clamping but I get really girthy with reverse kegel. Can someone explain why?
 
Sorry for not posting in awhile. I will be doing a new set routine. through trail & error I have picked exercises I like and other I don't think work for me. I have also made up a few but I will test them to see how good they are over a period of time.

My routine is designed for penile health and girth. After a month or two I will convert to a length program only if my penile health is good enough. I will post gains on here then restart posting again when I jump to length. Wish me luck rofl.
 
Few weeks back a buddy of mine told me he went to a sex shop bit 10 minutes away from where we live. He lives 5 minutes away from my house so 10-15 minute drive to the place. After he watched this movie titled "Yes Man" with Jim carrey, Thats his new way of life. He was asked by some people to go there bout a month ago and he said "Yes!" If you watched the movie you know what I mean.

I called him two days ago and said "remember that sex shop you told me about?" He said "Yeah, it like 10 minutes away,Why?" So I asked him if he we could go. He didnt know I did Penis Enlargement so I had a felling this could get awkward with me buying a pump. So I had no choice but to tell him before we got there. Within the last month a list of tools I've added into my Penis Enlargement arsenal.

I thought the pump was pretty good then It potential was put to the max after using it with the cock ring.

I tried the rice sock this morning after seeing a thread about it. I burned myself the first time. Then I modified it a little. The Rice sock holds heat much better than a hot wrap so I'm happy I tried it. With a hot wrap the heat would last 2-3 min. with the rice sock its almost triple that.

Went from 6" 3/16-6" 6/16. I wonder if I would be considered I fast gainer with length?

I can't find my measuring tape but I hope I gained something in girth. Wish I was blessed with gaining potential in girth as I am with length but I don't let thinking like that enter my mind. I will push as hard as I can to get the gains I'm after.

*P.S. Hell of a day at the gym this morning. Squat was 405X10 reps & 415X7 reps at 155lbs.Also leg curls & ext. went up as well. I don't think Im really strong for my weight but I love the looks I get when loading the bar and guys bigger(meatheads) than me assume I'm not going get any reps. The suprised looks are priceless. All the guys who don't put much effort into there diet I'm living proof its makes all the difference. I have lost close to 20lbs. and my deadlifts and squats have gone up since.

Just purchased a better pump. I had a pump that wouldn't let me use high enough pressure. So I thought it was time for a upgrade.

This pump is much better but It dark so I can't see my unit that well. And the hole to insert my unit in is some latex material that has sharp edges so I have to remove my unit SLOWLY out of it.

I did 2 sets of 5 min. of pumping after buying it this morning. Wear my CR as well. The pressure was much greater than the one I bought about 2-3 weeks ago.

I will have a routine up on here later tonight rofl.
 
*Had a great workout today*

Current bodyweight 155.0lbs.

Deadlift 335 X 7 reps
-Felt I had more in me but I was so fucking amped pre workout I had my mind set out to go heavy no matter what. I was so in the zone I was holding my breath the entire set. When I got done I was seeing stars. Everyone in the gym was blue like avatars. I had to damn near lay down to catch my breath. Due to my new lifting partner I have to go to the gym at 4. But I have gone to my gym in the morning and its littered with hot chicks. But at 4 it nothing but dudes so that sucks. Few months out from my comp. and I fell great.
