I thought the samething about his Ruler. I've never been so interested in a ruler until now, I'm actually going to invest in one that looks cool or one that makes it easy to keep track of my gains and also Make sure that when I'm measuring My erection quality isn't effecting anything.

100 quick Kegel squeezes
50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

Testicle Health Massage

I first warm up some water and drench a towel and wrap this around my penis and wait for five minutes or so to warm up.

I do the stretch routine as directed, the only change Ive made is when stretching the penis towards the end of the 30 secs or so I tug on it a few times quite hard just to get that extra burn :cool:

I will then usually wrap my penis using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]UJW[/words] (Uncle Jims Wrap) method to keep it in an extended state, Ive yet to make this habit but usually keep it on for a few hours, re-wrapping maybe every half hour!

With jelqing I use vaseline and jelq for about 20 - 30 minutes depending on my mood, I do 2 second jelqs and squeeze fairly hard getting all the blood up the shaft, I love how big the glands get! :blush:

I jelq at a high intensity, as in I try to be at least 90% erect as a minimum, so Ive usually got some adult entertainment on in the background just to keep me at the level. I occasionally kegel as I'm jelqing just to get more blood flow into the penis.

The kegel routine is exactly as described, I do that in one go and then occasionally just kegel for the hell of it as I'm sitting there.

Ive not taken any new measurements and don't plan to until maybe two months or so. Though I have measured my flaccid hang, which used to fluctuate between 3-4".

It is now no less than 4" and Ive measured at various points during the day.

I mean this must be working, girth wise it feels a little fatter and definitely flaccid looks much fatter, again I haven't measured, but my flaccid penis used to be very skinny, definitely isn't now! :s

Also erect my penis is a lot more vascular, like I never even knew I had so many veins! :P

Thats what Ive noticed in a week guys, I will try to keep this thread updated fairly regularly.

I plan to stick with the current routine for at least two months and then see. Any criticisms or suggestions are welcome.

I have one question if anyone can shed some light:
I usually jelq at fairly high intensity, very close to full erection, for around 20 minutes or a little more sometimes. I get a good expansion whilst doing the exercise, vascular, large head, but as soon as I stop the fatness seems to completely go. Is that normal?
Its just that I go to measure after and I have very little expansion. Should I measure whilst jelqing? As in take a short break and measure, to get a better idea if Im expanding?

Im pretty intense with it, as I said near if not full erection, hard strokes, pushing all the blood to the head, I only break maybe a second or two sometimes by jacking it when my erection sometimes limps.

Been jelqing regularly, good intensity, my flaccid girth seems to be larger, definitely at the base my penis is a lot wider.
I have recently incorporated REDZULU's boa exercise for increasing head size. These are great and basically just use the condom rim with my standard jelqing routine to get a better head expansion.

Today:
Standard jelqing routine for around 25 minutes with condom rim.
1 isolated compression squeeze for around a minute (love this exercise)
I usually then do some edging just because I enjoy it!

New addition was doing a few supra slammers with the condom rim, DAMN! Head expansion was immense! Will definitely do a few more of these. Some fluid retention in the skin that covers the glans mind.....

Clamping is a form of exercise whereby you use either a clamp or cock ring etc to hold blood in the penis and stay erect. I believe you can jelq and perform other intense exercises whilst clamped off to get a really good girth expansion. I haven't actually done any clamping myself, being relatively new but hope to in the future.

Ive been focusing on girth solely at the moment, basically want to condition myself to get clamping etc in a month or two, then Ill probably bring back the basic stretching, I mean I have a relatively short penis head and hope to enlarge this which should add a bit of length also. When I'm over 5" MSEG I'll probably get stretching to get to 8" BP, however long that will take. :s

Horse squeezes are supposed to give alot of girth, haven't tried them myself basicly because I don't understand all the words in most of the topics kinda sucks. Took the condom ring off and did a few more supra slammers.

Slight issue:

Whilst edging I went a bit to far :blush: and to stop it spraying all over my mac I pulled my foreskin over my erect penis and squeezed the top to keep the stuff from getting out.......bad idea, I've now got small red spots in an area of my penis and a slightly 'clot' I believe. Sure it will be fine but I will probably have to lay off the Penis Enlargement tomorrow.

Anyone else have red dots/clots, best approach to get rid of them? I was thinking a bit of a massage with some vaseline?

That's okay, I used to get that after a cagefighting lesson. Not on my penis though :P. I have it sometimes it's nothing normmally goes away in a few hours or the next day ( depending on how bad it is. )

Yeah a massage seems to work well, I had a few bigger dots, I massaged the biggest quite a lot with vaseline, didn't pay as much attention to the smaller ones and noticed the larger actually has cleared whilst the smaller ones are still slightly visible. So massage definitely helps!

Guess its just a bit of a shock when you get your first boo boo! :P
