Alright, tonight I'm going to do the most intense girth routine that I've EVER done!! I guarentee it! I'll edit this post after I've done it! Hell yeah!

...All I have to say is.. DAMMIT!! I ejaculated after the 3rd rep. I must say though.. Those were the most intense 3 reps i've ever done. lol In a few minutes I'm gonna go back in there and try again!!

I've been doing the slammers up until today. No increase in girth, so I'm headed back to length. My BibStarter came today and I got all the settings right no problem. I hung two sets tonight. One at 10lbs and one at 15lbs. Dick was sore from a little pinchage (oops) so I called it a night.

So far so good, I did one more set this morning with 10 lbs and I plan on doing a lot more tonight, or maybe even.. Right now!! Hell yeah! My ligs are already sore, mwuahaha!!

Few sets of hanging these past few days, but I do have good news! I really have gained a tad bit of girth, soo.. New Routine:

Morning - Girth Work
-Put on ROP (if not already on)
-Supra Slammers, 5 if possible
-5 minutes of kegels
-Horse440's, five of them for 20 seconds each
-5 minutes of kegels
-Supra Slammers, 5 more

Night - Length Work
-Basic Stretches in each direction (not up)
-Hanging, As much weight as possible (one set, 20 minute session)
-Put on ROP for sleep

If hanging one set doesn't work out, then make that four, 20 minute sets of what I can (right now would be 15lbs).[/font]

Well, shortly after getting a gain of .175" or so, I just stopped.. I'm not sure if the gain was from the 4Derm or not because right before this I said that I "think I measured in at 7.75" Strange though, because I hadn't done any exercises. I'll probably start it again sometime. It can't hurt.

If you decide to do it again I would advise you to keep with your routine. If you don't gain, then don't bother with it again. If you do gain, well then you've gained, who cares! I have a hunch that there's a synergistic effect between Penis Enlargement and using the transdermal. Good luck

Alright, this Tuesday is when I'll be starting my new routine. I'll put it into the girth section. :)

Did my first routine in a while this morning with this method. I used 20lbs, but felt like I could do more. I'm trying 25lbs tomorrow to see how it feels since I don't have any 2.5lb weights. I've calculated that I only need about .22" a month to get to my goal in 6 months. Tonight is my girth session, and tomorrow morning is my hanging session again.

Here's my routine that I'm finally gonna stick to!

Morning
Hang 1 set with max weight
(occasionally hang two, or do a manual session before or after)

Night
Supra Slammers, 2 sets or so (Gotta be careful not to ejaculate!)
Edge into - Cable Clamp for 1 hour- 1 hour 30 minutes

6 days on, 1 day off. Mon-Friday, Saturday off, and Sunday night length only.

Did last nights girth routine along with a 20lb hanging session this morning (about 10 minutes with 25lbs). Getting fatigued in the ligs!

Even though I'm at my friends house (this is where my computer is) I still managed to do my girth routine last night (with 4Derm) and am hanging as I type. I have really good feelings about this month. Not too long to go!

Never thought of that, it's probably better for absorption that way rather than putting on clothes and having it absorb into the fabric..
