Well, it's been a while since I've done any Penis Enlargement whatsoever. Just been really busy with getting all of this school stuff together and working all the time. I did measure my girth this morning though and I got 5.125" so maybe this time off has done some good. I WILL start back up soon dammit, I have to!

Nope! In fact the time off seems to have increased my girth by a little! I've decided today though that I'm going to be doing the Phase 3 routine. If you guys have any suggestions on what I could add then be my guest. I was thinking clamped girth work. I've gotta do it tonight!

8:00AM
-1 set of Basic Stretching
-100 DLD Bundled Blasters
-500 DLD Pulse 110 Stretches

11:00PM - 7 Sets of these (CLAMPenis EnlargementD)
-50 C-Jelqs
-50 Double Forced Jelq and Bends
-1 30 second DLD Bend
-1 30 second Isolated Compression Squeeze
-125 Wet Jelqs

Before Bed
-Testicle Health

I have a feeling I'll have to do these every other day, but that's ok. My guess is that it will take me about an hour or so one exercise after another. I'm guessing about an hour and a half total. :) It's gonna be really intense doing everything fully clamped! I'll show that damn girth..

I would say add some Downward stretches to your routine and do like 2000 Pulse 110's and bundled stretches downward. Or just do your stretches but Downward until your feel the GREAT sensation of a LIG BURN.
 
10:00AM - 6 sets of Basic Stretches in all directions (PULL HARD DAMMIT!!)

10:00PM - 4 sets of 4, 30 second semi-bundles
11:00PM - 30 minutes of clamping
11:30PM - 10 minutes of wet jelqing
12:00AM - 2 sets of 2, 30 second semi-bundles

Starting tomorrow..

Oh my lord, I did something! lol

Did my complete girth work and I'm still feeling the pump!! I'll do the length tonight after I go home and get my Mr. Clean gloves! :D

Did my girth routine again this morning, no length though. That's ok though, cause it seems like the semi-erect bundles i've been doing are trying to give me some length. Though i'm doing very few, when I got erect this morning, my dick went up to about .5" below my bellybutton. Normally it's an inch or more, we'll see!!

Alright, here we go. I'm going to be doing an extremely simple routine that takes about 5 minutes or so to do. I'll do it in the morning and night, every day.

Edge
Semi-Erect Bundles for 2 minutes (left and right) while pulling upwards
Jelqs - about 50 or so

That's it! I'll be trying this for a good while and we'll see what happens.
