Angry at myself for not Penis Enlargementing all this time, even though I have been sick lately. Have to go and get my Penis Enlargement stuff, not really sure what the hell I'm gonna do. I have 4Derm on the way so I'm gonna try a transdermal experiment for a little while. It seems like guys that have reported gains with this stuff have only seen length, so while doing this I'm gonna be doing girth work again. I believe I was on the verge of gaining some girth last time before I got sick.

Anyways, I'm gonna re-start my stuff tonight and get myself back on track. I want my damn 8.5"NBP x 5.5"!!!

Getting ready to put together all the info I need to make a new girth routine. It will definately include the basics!

Update:
Decided to go back to the basics yet again to see some gains. I now know that my new years resolution will have to involve me being waaaaaaay more consistant with Penis Enlargement. If I can do this routine everyday, maybe adding more and more as I go (intensity) then I will have a monster by this time next year.

Stretch all directions for 30 seconds, followed by a circulation break. X2

Floor stretches.. Squat down and hold your penis to the floor and slowly rise until you get a very nice stretch.. Do this for 30 seconds with a Circulation Break in-between. x5

Dry Jelqs, 200 of them

Wet Jelqs, 400 fast ones, 200 Downward Wet Jelqs (where you push the penis down while doing it, to get more blood into the jelq as well as a little stretch.) Then 100 slow wet jelqs.

Squeeze at the base of the penis (ULI) and trap as much blood as possible, and hold. I may do this with my cable clamp and add in some bends and Horse's.

5 days on 2 days off.. EVERY WEEK!! I WILL have 9" x 5.75"

Also:
Decided to measure today when I was at max, 100% erection level and I got up to 7.75" BP. Which makes me question my bone-pressing methods. Am I pressing below the pubic bone to where it slants down or what? I was going to take pictures, but you know how it goes. :( I WILL take pictures later though, and figure out just how I BP. Hopefully it will be, what I think, is the right way.

Today I recieved my 4Derm in the mail which means that today marks the beginning of my transdermal experiment.

So far, so good. In the original thread over at Thunders', Jones says to spray 50mg on it, 2 times a day. Tonight I hopped out of the shower, dried off and then sprayed one and a half sprays on and massaged it in. No problems so far. I did take a measurement right before, but I'm just telling you now that I will not be convinced of this stuff unless I see a 1/4" increase in length or girth by the end of 4 weeks. :)

Dampened and dried my penis this morning and applied 2 squirts of the 4Derm. So far so good, measured a semi-erect girth earlier and was at 5". Dunno what's up with that? Oh well, we'll see.

It sounds like your doing great with your gains. Very impressive!!! But maybe every once in a while take a day off??
Use the anology, Your going out for a night of power drinking, you go out wed, thurs, fri, sat and sun. By sunday, your body is tired, ...you got work, family and other stuff...so though things are going fine, (vein withstanding) maybe it is a sign to do less is more, then when things feel fine then increase. Always listen to the body, it knows what it wants....I know we get greedy, but the body never lies...t/c Shojii

Ahh, usually if I take a day off, it ends up being a week or two weeks or longer if I just get really lazy. I do a 5 on 2 off schedule (the 2 days off being on the weekend) just so I can have some free time. I do understand what you're saying, but right now I'm only doing my transdermal experiment that take about 15 minutes a day.

Put my two applications on today and am taking this next week off to see if my gains stay. I'm still not sure if it's because of this stuff because I reported that I might've measured at 7.75" before I even got the spray. We'll see this Sunday if it's still there.

sooo just what do you attribute the length gains?? is it hanging?? i have no trouble getting girth,, as a matter of fact ive laid off the girth exercizes, im about 6 1/4 and thats enuf,, but the length gains have stopped,, i do pretty heavy pulling, and the hard twists , still nothing after my initial gains of about 1 1/2 in ,, any ideas ,, ?? anyone?? harv

Honestly all of my length gains (besides about .4" or so) have come from basic stretches. They're just done very intensly! If you haven't done the basics in a while I reccomend going back to them for a month or so and see how that goes for you.

Have done one application of the transdermal stuff today, but will do the other with my manual exercises. Here's the routine i'm going to use:

Stretch all directions for 30 seconds, followed by a circulation break. X2

EDIT: Changed my mind for girth. I believe this will work though. I'm going to be jelqing, increasing by 10 jelqs a week, starting at 100. These are going to be done with a grip as tight as possible at the extreme base. I won't be able to push up very far with this grip, but i'll hold for 10 secs or so every jelq. *stares at the massive number of red dots*

I've found i've had my best length gains just by doing the basics. Girth however is another story, it's been a long time since i've seen a girth increase. Also with that girth routine will no doubt be lots of edging etc..

Made a list of things I need to do as far as Penis Enlargement goes:

Buy Bibstarter
-Do 6 sets of hanging per day (or more)

Make a solid girth routine:
-100 dry jelqs
-500 wet jelqs (using 4Derm)
-Put on Cable Clamp and do ULIs for 15 minutes
-Do Compression Squeezes with Cable Clamp
-If possible, do 100 wet jelqs (after removing Cable Clamp)

Make sure I have a good wrap before I start hanging.

2 hours 45 minute routine done 5 days (Mon-Friday) on and 2 days (Sat-Sunday) off.

Try to get fatigue as fast as possible with BibStarter, then lower weight as necessary.

Wake up at 10:00AM every weekday to be finished with morning hanging at 11:30AM. Then at 11:00PM that night, start hanging again and be finished for the day at 12:30AM.

Add 25 jelqs every week to girth routine (for each jelqing exercise).

Last but not least:

BE FUCKING CONSISTENT

Had a great routine tonight, and tried out different methods of squeezing with the cable clamp on. So far, so good, been working out pretty consistantly with the girth. :D

Missed yesterday's girth routine, and got frustrated with myself tonight. Didn't do any jelqs, but I did about an hour and 15 minutes fully clamped, with ULIS squeezes etc.. Great workout, actually saw the pump afterwards and applied the Thera-P wrap to bed.

*Note* This morning I woke up with my semi-erect girth about 1/7" bigger than my 100% erect size. This is what I'll have to do for girth.. So this is what will get done.

Alright, tonight I'm going to do the most intense girth routine that I've EVER done!! I guarentee it! I'll edit this post after I've done it! Hell yeah!

...All I have to say is.. DAMMIT!! I ejaculated after the 3rd rep. I must say though.. Those were the most intense 3 reps i've ever done. lol In a few minutes I'm gonna go back in there and try again!!

I've been doing the slammers up until today. No increase in girth, so I'm headed back to length. My BibStarter came today and I got all the settings right no problem. I hung two sets tonight. One at 10lbs and one at 15lbs. Dick was sore from a little pinchage (oops) so I called it a night.

Few sets of hanging these past few days, but I do have good news! I really have gained a tad bit of girth, soo.. New Routine:

Morning - Girth Work
-Put on ROP (if not already on)
-Supra Slammers, 5 if possible
-5 minutes of kegels
-Horse440's, five of them for 20 seconds each
-5 minutes of kegels
-Supra Slammers, 5 more

Night - Length Work
-Basic Stretches in each direction (not up)
-Hanging, As much weight as possible (one set, 20 minute session)
-Put on ROP for sleep

If hanging one set doesn't work out, then make that four, 20 minute sets of what I can (right now would be 15lbs).[/font]

If you decide to do it again I would advise you to keep with your routine. If you don't gain, then don't bother with it again. If you do gain, well then you've gained, who cares! I have a hunch that there's a synergistic effect between Penis Enlargement and using the transdermal. Good luck

Did my first routine in a while this morning with this method. I used 20lbs, but felt like I could do more. I'm trying 25lbs tomorrow to see how it feels since I don't have any 2.5lb weights. I've calculated that I only need about .22" a month to get to my goal in 6 months. Tonight is my girth session, and tomorrow morning is my hanging session again.

Morning
Hang 1 set with max weight
(occasionally hang two, or do a manual session before or after)

Night
Supra Slammers, 2 sets or so (Gotta be careful not to ejaculate!)
Edge into - Cable Clamp for 1 hour- 1 hour 30 minutes

6 days on, 1 day off. Mon-Friday, Saturday off, and Sunday night length only.
