10 sec dry jelqs x 10 sets= 500 dry jelqs

between each set i do a 1 minute compression squeeze

and between every 10 sec jelq i do... i do 30 pc muscle clenches.

The weekend = Days off, but hopefully this week I'll get to hit it harder, I think I'll add 1/2 sessions more on to my current routine. That would be 3 and 1/2 sessions I'll be doing a day. What I wouldn't give to go up in weight.

So far I've done another 1 and 1/2 sets today, moved up from 8lbs to 9lbs, finally. Will try to do 2 and 1/2 sets tonight. We'll see. I've also decided that I don't want to measure again. Not for a long while anyways. Maybe 3 or 4 months? I wish I could go a year without measuring like some of these guys. I'll try my hardest though!

Didn't do anything this morning, so pissed at myself. So much stuff just kept going wrong, till finally I got everything right and had to leave.. Oh well, I'll just do more tonight (hopefully).

Only got to do one set today at 9lbs, felt lighter than normal, I guess since I've healed a bit. I didn't do anything else yesterday, seems like I'm getting lazy. I'll do lots tomorrow, no worries.

I tried to down load the trance music from the beforementioned site and all i get is an.. error on page message. Anyone else having this problem?
 
can u guys explain those girth excercises in detail so i can try em out? i hear u guys talk bout em in your routines but i dont know how to do em
 
Hot damn ..way to go boy! Does then 10 pounds give you fatigue? If not go up a pound or two a week. You need to hang as many sets as you can AFTER fatigue (usually at a lighter weight).
 
Yeah I was thinking the same thing, tonight I'll hang 11 or 12lbs and see how that feels. Back to sitting on the old desk! I've never gotten to a point to where I COULDN'T, no matter how hard I try, hang. Maybe I need to. :)

Bib also advised me that sometimes you have to do a shock routine. Add several more pounds than you are used to hanging.Only do this for 1/2 of a set then go back to your normal weight and continue as usual.
 
Boxers are awesome, but over here if you let your boxer out somebody will snatch him up real quick! Most likely to fight him against a Pit Bull :mad:

Goal for January 1st: 7.8" EBPL
Goal for June 1st: 8.5" EBPL

Hopefully this means that when I get to June 1st my NBP length will be somewhere around 8. *prays* I will most likely do only hanging, and these two dates will be my only measuring dates. After that I'll be heading off to college.. But with a buddy of mine, we'll have a room and he knows I Penis Enlargement, and my girlfriend will be 20 minutes away, so she can help me too.

I think for my girth I'll aim for 6" so it'll look longer than at 6.5" but still fat enough to be a fat one. Haha.

I believe I'll be doing lots and lots of hanging sessions tonight, even if it is just Saturday, I've been off an extra week so this little bastard is gonna get a pulling tonight.
