Did a great girth routine, and a light stretch routine. Both felt decent. Tomorrow I'll hit it back like normal, just giving the ligs an extra day to heal. Also I re-measured and got the same 7.1.. It was inching towards 7.2 though!

Did a full routine today, didn't really feel it all that much, stretchwise. Oh well, gotta get those ligs SORE again! :D

GREAT workout today! I can't ever resist measuring myself, even when I look just a 'little' bit bigger than before, today is the last day though (until 8/21/2003). I measured in at about 7.2" if you're wondering. Before any working out mind you, but we'll see. I started off with my girth routine consisting of lots and lots of dry jelqs, base squeezes as well as wet jelqs. The stretch routine was normal, but I'm glad I'm feeling the soreness from yesterday. :D Awesome! Hanger's on the way as well, sooooooo, woooooooohooooooo!

Not really sure what my hanging routine will be, we'll see when I get it. I'm thinking something like 7.5lbs for 60 minutes with a 10 min break every 20 minutes. (Would really like SWM to chime in on this.) I have pretty much as much time as I need to hang well (literally). I know it's pretty basic, but that's where everything begins. :)

That sounds like a very good place to start. ^^ You may want to start a little lighter on weight though. Even though youve been stretching for a while now....weights are a funny creature. There's a totally different feeling of stretch with them. Just be careful. It's easy to get 'over-eager'.

Went into the bathroom today..... 150 dry jelqs and two base squeezes later, I realized that Saturday and Sunday are off days! Oopsies! Oh well, I can't wait to get back to it on Monday!

Goal for 8/15/2003:

ELBP: 7.5
EG: 5.45

i wish i had your motivation, your going really well. Your current EL is my goal at the moment so im kinda looking up to you, cheers. I might try your routine later on in my program. Thanks
 
Only about 45 minutes or so. All I do is one nightly session, but now since I got my hanger and my Penis Enlarger Strap, I may be able to hang all day, then come home and hang some heavy weights at night. My dream routine would be:

Get up in the morning
Hang with BibHanger for 60 minutes
Put on penis enlarger strap all day
At night, go to take a shower and do my regular routine, then hang afterwards.

Damn, can you imagine the gains? I have everything I need, it'd just a matter of figuring everything out.

Just did a full girth routine tonight, then tried to get these hanger settings set. Couldn't get them, I believe I need a new wrap. Will try tomorrow.

Alright, dammit! I'm tired of fucking off and spending all my time with these damn hanger settings. I've missed two days of manual stretching, so I'm gonna get the settings right today so I can hang in the morning and do a regular routine at night.

I suggest you get that thing down and get the adjustment settings right, but keep doing your manual stretches. THEN after you get it completely comfortable you can try it.. At least once! C'mon!

Did about 4 sets of 20 minute hanging today at 5lbs. Couldn't really do anymore cause my ligs were really fatigued.. Bwuahahha, time for the manual routine now!

Today is measuring day, I'm going to start measuring on the 1st of every month now, if I can resist. Hanging as I type for 7lbs. Not bad, feeling a great stretch. I'll finish this set and then I'll measure everything. Will post again.

Been away on vacation to Mexico Beach in Florida for one week and at my girlfriends house for two weeks. Only did some hanging the week I was on vacation.

5lbs for two sets

Raise by 1lb on each, every 5 days.

5 on 2 off schedule, on off days, hang for one set at minimum weight.

My dick's goin crazy! When I cam back home from my 3 week vacation, I measured and was up to 7.5" I hung for the past two days, only once per day, and am now up to 7.8" What the hell?! Oh well, I'm not putting it down as real, just yet.

OMG, I remember when you first came to PP and you were a smaller guy, now your BIG, jeez man you'v earned every last inch of it as well.

Thanks guys for the great motivation! I'll keep going, need to get back into the mix of things. Heather and I are having some trouble with her parents so I haven't been doing too much. Just hanging once or twice a day at 8lbs.

Haven't been doing anything lately, but this thing seems to keep growing? Must be healing from all the hanging. But still? Took some new measurements today:

Erect Length (Bone Pressed): 7.75"
Erect Length (Non-Bone Pressed): 7.3"
Erect Girth: 5.45"
Flaccid Length: 4.75"
Flaccid Girth: 4.6"
Flaccid Stretch Length (Bone Pressed): 8.1"
 
so do you measure once a month? i'm impressed by your gains... hopefully with patience and persistence, my routine will work out for me as well as yours has for you. congrats!
 
hey dld i'm greatly thinking about becoming a member to this site. i want to be 10 by the end of this year and have a good idea on how to keep gaining steadily. my ultimate goal is around 10.5x around 6.75 (i know not so exact goals but there is always room for improvement) :)

I am seeing some sort of length increase recent, I measure on the 6th, I aint hung in like 2 weeks, been doin girth work on and off for that time.

Back into hanging again, finally. Yesterday I wasn't too depressed to do a few sessions. I never realized how much easier it is with a TV in the room! I used to go to the bathroom, attach the hanger, and twirl my fingers for 20 minutes at a time. Enough to drive me crazy! I measured again before I hung, but surely I'm not gaining anymore. I won't post results here, I'll wait until the first of next month, so I can make my chart all pretty. Then just measure once or twice a month from then on.

Twirl your thumbs for 20 minutes. That must be because youre young. I can never stop thinking about my life and the situations it puts me in. I suggest you listen to some sort of Trance music when hanging. The time flies by!
 
Yeah when I rarely hang in my room, I listen to music. Seems like every damn song is 20 minutes long, when in reality it's about 4. Trance music huh? Tell me some good bands, DJs, songs, whatever. :)
