Getting ready to put together all the info I need to make a new girth routine. It will definately include the basics!
Update:
Decided to go back to the basics yet again to see some gains. I now know that my new years resolution will have to involve me being waaaaaaay more consistant with Penis Enlargement. If I can do this routine everyday, maybe adding more and more as I go (intensity) then I will have a monster by this time next year.
Stretch all directions for 30 seconds, followed by a circulation break. X2
Floor stretches.. Squat down and hold your penis to the floor and slowly rise until you get a very nice stretch.. Do this for 30 seconds with a Circulation Break in-between. x5
Dry Jelqs, 200 of them
Wet Jelqs, 400 fast ones, 200 Downward Wet Jelqs (where you push the penis down while doing it, to get more blood into the jelq as well as a little stretch.) Then 100 slow wet jelqs.
Squeeze at the base of the penis (ULI) and trap as much blood as possible, and hold. I may do this with my cable clamp and add in some bends and Horse's.
5 days on 2 days off.. EVERY WEEK!! I WILL have 9" x 5.75"
Also:
Decided to measure today when I was at max, 100% erection level and I got up to 7.75" BP. Which makes me question my bone-pressing methods. Am I pressing below the pubic bone to where it slants down or what? I was going to take pictures, but you know how it goes.

I WILL take pictures later though, and figure out just how I BP. Hopefully it will be, what I think, is the right way.
