My worst NBPEL at my fattest before I began PE again a few months ago was 5.5 inches NBPEL. Latest measurement of BPEL was about 7.75 inches BPEL. That would put me at a fat pad of about 2 or so inches give or take. I will begin measuring NBPEL after I lose a good amount of weight, say 50 lbs. That should take me about 6 months, so by that time I also hope to gain an inch on top of my 7.75 measurement. I assume at that point I will be around 7.5 NBPEL if everything works out.

I should mention one thing, I did an unofficial measurment and based on that I have grown, but I see no real difference in my BPFSL or FSL from when I was around 7.5 BPEL a month or two ago. I don't really get this, but I am hoping to gain some FSL and over flaccid length as time goes on.

Huh....that is different, but hey, you're gaining where it counts man! 😃 might be that you're bridging the gap between erect and bpfsl 1st then due for a gain in the latter after. I remember DLD saying something about that ( pretty sure it was him) in that it cycles. DLD when you read this correct me if I'm wrong 😆

Yup, that was me and the way this is done best is through erect stretching. You don't have to go crazy, maybe 5 minutes per day will be enough. It is the fastest way to close that gap and continue to close gaps as your grow longer.

I have decided today, after hanging 21.25 lbs for the first time, that I am going to stick to this weight until my measurement day on the 10th unless for some reason it becomes too light for me before then. I am not entirely sure if this is the case or not, but I feel like my penis stretched slightly past where it normally does today and I feel like in 10 days from now I will see a gain.

The reason I progressed so fast this month is because I wanted to get to a weight where I could see if the hardcore hanging method is actually worth it or not. If I see a decent gain by measurement day I will probably slow down a bit as I don't really look forward to hanging 30+ lbs. At this point I am VERY happy with my routine in terms of the amount of time it takes and the comfort level, and if I even seen a gain of 1/8 inch month after month I will continue it regardless of whether I could gain more by spending more time hanging.

Good thoughts on the process. A gain is a gain and if someone is in this for the long run even the smallest gain should be celebrated. Mpost of us came in here believing enlargement was impossible, now that we know it is we should be dedicated to this for life. What is better than growing a bigger cock?

Yeah I agree. I honestly enjoy hanging, so it is something that I could see myself sticking to well into the future. Also, although my goal is 10 inches NBPEL, anytime I reach over 8 inches NBPEL I will be happy so eve if the gains slow down I will not become frustrated.

I also feel like this is a very positive forum and the moderators are very good about checking people that bring negativity. That is an awesome thing for newbies that might be turned off if they see negativity when they first start out, and it is even more important for some of the guys that are in it for the long run because it helps to encourage you to keep going through the good times and the bad.

I took this day off not because I really wanted to, but I had an extremely long work day and I was just exhausted by the time I got home and went to bed. Looking back I probably could have done my routine and maybe I shouldn't have taken this day off, but I mentioned what I believe are the benefits of taking a day off in Vorhees' thread and I think it is good to take a day off once in a while for mental reasons as well.

Today when I stretched my penis to attach it to the hanger it felt a lot more stiff then usual, meaning it felt a little bit harder to stretch than normal. Maybe this is a bad effect of taking a day off, so I will try not to do that again anytime soon.
 
I get that too man, after a day off it seems less elastic on the stretch, you wouldn't think one day would make any difference huh? I think if next day off i have i might quickly throw in a few stretches by hand while in the shower or something like that to keep the tissue 'memory' if you will and see if that makes a difference?

It does present a problem working in sessions on days we might be having sex. The best advice I can offer, if it gives you too much fatigue, is to plan the days you will have sex and on those days refrain from PE. For me it was never a problem, I used to do mu girth work right before sex so I would be at my biggest size, but that was me. You could work in some passive [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] work on sex days and this will not cause fatigue.

I skipped a few days when I could have PE'd, but I had to attend to some matters other than size :) I am back at it now and won't be missing many more days moving forward.

I was just cruising the progress threads and you popped up! Even though routines haven't been followed recently, are you still wanting to do the measurements? I'm already prepared to see less than awesome numbers but will be a good starting point now that I've gotten over the week long sulks about not being 10 inches in 3 months haha!! 😂

Since I took about 4 days off out of the past week or so I am going to push my measurement to the 20th. I already did some unofficial measurements that I was happy with, but I want to wait a bit until I do an official one.

Well without giving out all the details the good news is I have reached my previous max size. It took me about 8 months of hanging a couple of years ago to get back to where I am now after about 4-5 months. If I get a quarter inch longer in BPEL I will finally hit the size that I always told myself if I reach then I will forever believe in PE. Here is to hoping I get there as soon as possible. I will measure officially on 2/20/2015. By that time I will also increase the weight used once or twice.

I measured at a few different angles and I think this is a fair measurement. I have been this size before, about two years ago, so at this point I am not bouncing off the walls excited. My next goal is to hit 8.25 BPEL, and if that happens I will finally feel 100 % that what I am doing truly works (not that I doubt it now).

Haha, that's a loss of nearly another whole 1cm since i got cranky about the last measurement, I'm pretty much the same length as pre pe! How crazy is that? But, I'm not gonna let that faze me, i can get that temp length back again with some diligence I'm sure, but yeah that really surprised me.

I've been training today and still have a few hours left of supersets before i update my log but once again boohoohoo, top effort bloke! I'm really stoked for you! 😄

Don't worry, just stick to the process and fight through the bad times and you will make it to where you want to be. I was in your exact shoes a couple of years ago, and even though it seems like things are going well for me that isn't always the case.

I went back down to my starting size of 7.125 from a peak of 8, and I also went from having a body that made women weak to being around 100 lbs over weight. I have a tough time sometimes when I think about how far I fell, but at least I know what the summit looks like so as I climb I know where I am headed. Keep that same mentality and you'll have a monster in no time.

How do you hang for 30 minutes at such a heavy weight without your pecker falling off? But seriously, how to you keep your head from getting too cold? I do 20 min sets currently and as soon as I get to my max weight my head is very cold by the end of the set. I'm using a bib hanger and still adjusting. Got any secrets?

The funny thing is your thread a few years back on hanging along with that of MikeShlort are what inspired me to take up hanging. I made it to 8 back then too but stopped and lost the gains. Now I am back to where I was.

About my hanging time, I really can't tell you anything on how to last longer while hanging. If you look earlier in this thread I used to hang hour long sets at 15 lbs with absolutely no difficulty, and I would do that twice a day. I do not do anything special to keep my glans from getting cold or numb, it just doesn't happen to me. As I type this I am hanging 22.5 lbs and I don't even feel it really. I also use a Bib Hanger (Bib Starter), but maybe it has something to do with your wrapping.

My only thought on your situation is that if you feel anything negative going on with your penis do not push yourself and get injured. Just stick to 20 minute sets and gradually raise the weight.

I ought to look into improving my wrap. I'm using some cut up fabric from an old t-shirt and pre-wrap.... yeah.... and I'm still settling into the bib hanger. What do you use for wrap?
 
Hey I was wondering did the rate in which you increase hanging weight slow down at around 20 lbs. Because initially I was trying to keep the weight as low as possible but I was also trying to keep my routine within the hour. I started hanging 4lbs and now I am hanging 12lbs but it really wasn't my intention to increase weight so fast, I just got comfortable with the lower hanging weights fairly quick.

Ideally I would like to do something like you, hang 30 mins and thats it. BTW what angle do you hang in btc? straight down?

I wouldn't say you should follow my routine, just find your own path to gains. What I am doing is not just increasing weight, it is finding strategies that lead to gains. I might at some point drop weight and increase time, who knows.

About the rate of weight increase, the rate at which I increased has gone up from 15 lbs and has not slowed down at all. I just pay attention to the feedback of my penis and move up when it is appropriate. IMO the weight you use and how fast you increase is more important if you are doing very long sets of an hour or more like I used to.

And my angle is straight down. I lay on my bed and hang the weight off the side of it. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Its just that time wise it would be convenient for me to keep my hanging routine within an hour because of my studies etc. So thats basically my question how to keep the hanging time low without increasing the weight sooo quick because I feel I get accustomed to weight increases fairly quick.

So you hang of the bed, but what do you do with your legs? I notice different ligs are pulling in different ways depending if my legs are straight down on the ground, elevated on a chair or even when i squat on a stool with my legs on another. What do you make of all this?

If you want go ahead and switch to a routine of only thirty minutes a day and do it religiously for a month. After that go ahead and measure. If you like the results continue, if not come up with a new plan of attack.

I can see how spending too much time hanging can get in the way of some important things in life, so why not try my strategy? Just keep on thing in mind, many hangers do not start seeing results until they reach 15+ lbs. Try different things out and see what works for you!

Do you notice that your hanger pulls or twists if you will to a certain side, and if so, do you imagine this would lead to one side of your base to become englongation dominant?

I find, using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words], when I hang the left handle moves over to about 11 o'clock from 9... If that makes sense? My trepidation is that left side is already a bit more developed and dug out. It seems to dominate the hang. I have tried to stick the leg of a stool I. The way as a block to try to stop this, and even moved the opposite handle, the right, to a 2 o'clock position, but I am unsure if this has any effect. The body works as one unit and, much like you described earlier with different angles, the net gain seems to be most important. Any input?

My opinion on a hanger twisting is that it is actually a dangerous thing. I am not so concerned about the gains being uneven as I am that if the force of the hanger is not evenly distributed it will cause, at a minimum, soreness on one side and at most can cause an injury that will force you to stop altogether. When I began hanging for the first time years ago I would sit in a chair with books under my ass, and any time I used a weight over 10 or so pounds the hanger would twist to the left. This caused me a lot of soreness that made me miss some days. The way I solved it was to press the bolts of my Bib into my leg thus holding it in place.

While that was a temporary solution, it wouldn't work over time, especially when the weight is as high as I am now or higher. My advice to you is to entirely change how you are hanging. IMO the most comfortable and safest way that I have found is to lay on your bed and hang off the end of it. I am up to 22.5 lbs now and using my bed I have never once experienced twisting of any kind. Plus it is just much more relaxing to do it this way, particularly if you are spending a long time every day hanging.

This weight is getting light for me, so I guess within a few days I will increase again. I really don't know how much weight I will be hanging within a few months, but it seems like it will be a lot.
