At this point I am VERY happy with my routine in terms of the amount of time it takes and the comfort level, and if I even seen a gain of 1/8 inch month after month I will continue it regardless of whether I could gain more by spending more time hanging.

i measured at a few different angles and i think this is a fair measurement. I have been this size before, about two years ago, so at this point i am not bouncing off the walls excited. My next goal is to hit 8.25 bpel, and if that happens i will finally feel 100 % that what i am doing truly works (not that i doubt it now).

And my angle is straight down. I lay on my bed and hang the weight off the side of it. Let me know if you have any other questions.

I lay on the bed with the weight attached by a rope, so I lay down with my legs slightly spread and the weight just hangs off the side of the bed. I do agree that different angles will surely cause the penis/body to be stretched in different ways. I would imagine if someone could truly do BTC hanging they would see great gains with less weight. That being said I have found something that works for me for the time being so I am just sticking to it.
My opinion on different angles and all that is that you are just making things complicated for yourself. My general plan of attack is to hang at the lower angles (in my case SD, but BTC also works well) until I stop seeing gains for a period of one to three months. After that I will hang in the higher angles until the same happens.
The key to gains isn't about angles, it is about doing the work and being consistent.
