Hey guys, I'm back!

I stopped hanging a few months back because my EQ got to the point where I couldn't stay hard for 30 seconds when trying to have sex. I am not going to say that hanging itself caused this problem because it may have been a result of me doing 1 hour long sets without any breaks. That being said, I am going to set hanging aside at least for a while and maybe permanently. The reason is because I cannot find 10 hours a week to hang if I follow Bib's recommendations, and I also am not truly interested in hanging incredibly heavy weights off my penis with the Hardcore Hanging method.

I am interested in jelqing right now, and that is all I am going to be doing for the next 6 months. My routine will be to wet jelq in a non erect state for 10 minutes a day with the goal of gaining in length. I will not measure until 6 months is up, and depending how things go I will decide how to proceed after this time period.

Current stats: 7.125 inches BPEL (I lost all of my gains from hanging).

I will post every session I do to keep track of how consistent I am. See you on the other side!

That's kinda interesting because I've been considering trying out a really light routine like that in the next few months. Just like [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] twice a day and 2 jelqing sessions for 30 minutes for a year and see where it gets me. Going at it with brutality starts to wear you out. Like hanging. That has to suck and that's miserable that your gains all faded like that. Pretty sure you can get that back pretty easy though. Wish you luck on that.
 
And we were just talking about how important EQ is for girth gains. I think we should consider the same thing goes for length because he lost all his gains.

Any gains that were not cemented will fade but the great thing is they will come back almost immediately upon restarting. My gains are completely cemented and secure, I will never lose what I have.

I went a long time without training and I did not lose anything. Just an update after nearly a week of jelqing. I jelqed every day since I first posted except for one day. My erection quality has gone through the roof. Things are looking good so far and I can wait to measure again in 6 months. All of your feedback is greatly appreciated, so feel free to leave any comments and if there are any questions I'd be happy to answer them.

Not intentionally, but yes. My intention is to do low erection level jelqing, but through the course of 20 minutes my EQ goes up and down. I normally get completely erect once or twice and do some squeezes, and then I try to get it lower. After getting entirely hard I rarely go below 50 percent.
 
I usually start out with soft high erection strokes, and after my erection goes a bit down continue with lower erection (low enough that I create good 'waves' throughout the tunica). After a while with those low ones I'm feeling a buzz, and go into harder high erection strokes. Both have their place :blush:
 
Ok, so I've officially started my hardcore hanging routine combined with jelqing. I will be updating daily and see if I can make it to 8.5 inches by the summer. Here we go!

Are you open to bundles and jelqs before your routine? Just curious because the trend is at least bundles before any routine to loosen up the tunica and jelqs should kinda help to loosen it up in the way bundles don't.

Good that you're back to hanging though. Seems like the clamping of length work.

It came back very quickly.

I mentioned this in another thread, but I have decided to take your advice which is to do what I have done in the past that has worked. That was just doing one daily set of hanging per the hardcore hanging method. I like hanging and for the next 9 months (at the least) have the privacy to do it. If I see my lost gains come back or further gains I'll do my best to continue hanging for the next few years.

If I have to stop hanging then I will transition into just jelqing with the intention of making very slow gains or at the least cementing and maintaining the gains I make over these coming 9 months of hanging.

Glad you figured it out. Loss of EQ is usually due to overtraining. Finding the sweet spot of good training and keeping solid EQ does take some testing but eventually men will find it, as you have.

I have done kegels while hanging, but the purpose of me hanging is to passively do my PE without having to physically do anything. I might do it in the future, but we will have to see.

I got to the point of max weight and gains stopped. I think I gained 1/2" hanging. I got up to 60 pounds and after hanging that much for a few months more I no longer made gains. I think, for me, it is good to throw in hanging every once in a while to hit the penis in a completely different way.

I have only gone as high as the mid twenties. I am only concerned with milking as much gains as I can from hanging, and not so much what my max weight may be.

I jelqed the other day before I did my hanging and I felt longer in my hands. It was a great feeling. If I can gain 2 inches in length from hanging I will be more than happy.

Jelqs and bundles for 5 minutes each would make for a pretty monster warm up for hanging (or pretty much any routine) but I'm getting pretty tired of them myself. I think I over bundled a few days ago so everything was all lumpy and weird looking.

You're trying to avoid the sense of dread people wind up getting with their routine when it's too exhausting right?

In my experience jelqing before hanging can be painful and/or lead to numbness in the glans. I believe jelqing, or any other girth exercise, should be done after length. Preferably girth should be done immediately following length to help push along those length gains. I love to do some slow squash jelqs after hanging.

To answer your question, yes. I believe PE is meant to be a long term plan at the least and life long at most. That being said if you aren't comfortable with your routine I don't see you doing it day in and day out for years. Right now I am very happy with my routine, and as long as it shows gains I will continue with it.

Twisting the shaft as a part of the stretch. It's shown some good results for a few other members.

Dld; yea, I bundle equally. My understanding is not doing that can create an odd look or an inconsistent ligament stretch. Something wonky.

For me it is all about starting the routine before smoking. If you smoke first it can kill motivation. Start, smoke and it will go great.

I agree 100%. I mean I can still get things done after I smoke, but I just lose a ton of motivation. I just measured and things did not look good. I might be switching to jelqing soon.

You guys are lucky. I trip balls now when I smoke because I used to mix it with synthetic stuff and salvia. Shit gets way too intense for me.
 
So I did an impromptu measurement today with not the greatest EQ and I lost a quarter inch. I was down to 7 inches. Maybe this occurred because I measured shortly after hanging and my EQ was poor? Anyone have any thoughts, because I'm really bummed out.

It's possible that your eq was playing tricks on you, and you could have been suffering from measuring anxiety. You can literally frustrate yourself to the point where you can't get a solid erection and you can literally mentally block yourself.

It's those and things like them that make bpfsl a more accurate method of tracking length gains. And if you start with a bpfsl measurement and you clearly see you have maintained or gained in that way it should ease some of the anxiety. I'm sure you haven't lost anything. Could have literally been a drop in arousal in the way. Seriously, I wouldn't be bummed, but I'd highly recommend tracking your bpfsl.

Try again tomorrow with your favorite adult entertainment before the hanging. I bet you've gained a little even. Even if it's a millimeter.
 
gaining one or two mm per session could be a great thing...while measuring the mind gets blocked sometimes,but measuring bpfsl i have an almost 5 inches flaccid:)
