I remember the night I was going to have sex at the end of my hanging. That day I did two sets of one hour each at 15 lbs. I also jacked off and ejaculated because I thought that would help me not cum too fast during sex. I think those two things caused the EQ issues.
Now compare that to now. All I am doing is one set of 30 minutes. So far my erection quality has been through the roof. If for any reason I continue this routine and see EQ issues then what I will do is either add jelqing to my routine or lots of kegels with the hope that they will solve the issue.
For now all I can say is I will cross the EQ bridge when I get there and that my erections look awesome at the moment.
