I wouldn't be too hard on yourself with the ED stuff man. Not saying erection quality isn't important, but you need to be kind to yourself as DLD would say. How old are you? I've noticed in the last couple years as I draw close to the end of my 20s that my eq is not what it used to be. I have the luxury of knowing when I'm going to need to perform, as my partner and i live in different cities. So, maybe the key to work on is cut the PE out on days where you know you're going to get laid or lighten up on your work on these days. DLD has spoken about doing length after jerking off or hanging sex so that could also be an option as well. I have noticed, and it might be in my head from reading your experience that after my hanging I have less eq, so it could be that it does cause it. But I am able to get hard after, at least by myself with some adult entertainment and a cockring. You may also look into a cockring for better erections. I know when I'm with my lady and she wants to go another time after the first round- it def helps keep me hard. I can also say that ever since we stopped using condoms any eq issue can be worked around. My EQ for the most part has been good. I think I will stick to your advice of just not doing PE the day of sex (if I am so lucky as to have sex). I honestly think part of the EQ issue was the alcohol I had the night I was supposed to have sex, and I am not entirely sure that I was 100% attracted to the girl. I think all these things combined with PE fatigue and that's why I had EQ issues.

Thanks for the offer to help. I actually used to be in very good shape (aesthetically speaking because my goal was to look good, not necessarily to be strong), and I used to be a personal trainer. I have all of the knowledge, but the issue has been my discipline sucking over the past year.

Do you lift for strength, and if so what are your bench, squat, and dead lift maxes if you don't mind me asking. Thanks for keeping up with me and my log!

Also about 1 inch of my cock isn't exposed because of a combination of my fat pad, untrimmed pubes, and my hand being in the way. 8 inches BPEL.

Feel better shortdick. I wouldn't worry about PE too much if you are feeling that sick. Just take some time to heal up and consider it a de-conditioning break.

Well if you have gained weight around the pubic area you may not see gains in non-bone pressed, you may even see a loss here but that means nothing about real gains. Real gains are measure bone-pressed and this is where you should put your confidence. Getting a better non-bone pressed measurement has little to do with PE and more to do with exercise, diet and weight loss. I am looking forward to your gains!
