Wrote Extreme Restraints and their response was simply they were the same.
The extra $ was for the packaging, one in a loose bag and the other in a plastic package.
 
Noi one has written on this thread for about 10 days so here goes. Some time ago, I wrote in favor of Colt sleeve. I must take that back as I have not found it to be better than no sleeve. It ripped and then when I bought their silicone and smeared it on the end of my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] with sleeve attached, it did nothing to make better adherence of skin to sleeve. the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] still slid around and eventually leaked air into the cylinder destroying the seal. OK. Half way through my session I took the sleeve off and pumped just with [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words]. Much better.

Secondly. I believe there are many out there who have bad luck with the sponge ring on the base coming off. I also had that experience since as you all know who have had this, that there is double-sided tape between the rubber [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words] and sponge ring. OK, I tried double sided tape again and forget it. I have found something that makes me cautiously optimistic that makes me think that I may have found the solution. Most glues don't like rubber. I finally found one that does. It is Gorilla Glue, made in the U.S. I found it in my local little building supply but I would think it would be available in Loews or Home Depot or the like. Once again: Gorilla Glue, from the Gorilla Glue Company in Cincinnati OH. The bottle gives a 800 number and web page as follows: 1-800-966-3458, www.gorillatough.com . The bottle says it is good for foam and after one session following the gluing, I found that it worked and has not come off, I am as I say cautiously optimistic. The foam appears to be stuck. By the way, I agree with the cautionary note: Use gloves. You can buy medical gloves at your local drug store for probably 50 cents a pair. Do not get glue on your skin. I will re-evaluate adherence in about a week.

Yes, I found I had better suction without the sleeve and the "pain" of the rubber right on the skin i.e. with no sleeve was not bad. Different brands of sleeves are on route and maybe things will be different with a different sleeve.

Do you have to pump erect to get into the sleeves? I usually pump from flaccid because I have trouble getting erect in the shower but I also have problems with the crushing of my base as its naturally about 6 EG but gets even bigger when I pump.

You kind of need to be erect to get through the sleeve but once in you can pump flaccid.
 
People mention that it's hard to fit through the sleeve. That was my first thought when I got the sleeve. I said to myself, "there's no way I'm going to fit through there" and I'm not nearly as girthy as some of you guys so the first thing I did was fit it securely, then fold out the narrow opening, get a pair of scissors and cut the sleeve so that there was no problem going through. I don't see any downside to it, is there some reason that you guys haven't cut the opening to make it easier to fit through?

3 solutions, include your scrotum in the pump as Redzulu does and pump the entire package. You could also use a large cable clamp to keep balls back so they do not get sucked in. Lastly I suggest doing the testicle health massage and stretch prior to your workout, this will ensure the balls hang low enough to not get in the way.

Initial first day review...

Lub up the sleeve where my dick was going to have to fight its way through. Filled up the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] with the tighter sleeve portion inside the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I normally put the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] on standing in the shower and had my prior technique down perfect to where I never had bubbles. First attempt with the sleeve on, BIG BUBBLES and couldn't keep suction. Air leak or something just creeping up the shaft. Ok, I'll try again. As I expected, this wasn't going to be perfect the first time.

2. This time I thought maybe you just need to get up the max pressure right away to set the suction. Even when I suBathmateerge it, the open end wants to lift which leads me to believe there's an air pocket. This never happened before applying the sleeve. \Guess it's time for me to buy a pump sleeve....My comfort ring finally gave up...I tried to do hardcore stretches for the first time today and it did not go too well. Secondly, the tapered end was so narrow that it was difficult to pass my gland through, it choked the shaft while I was pumping, and getting out of it was a bit painful.

I read that some who have a larger girth make incisions at the narrow end to open it up. I'm reluctant to do that because I had already spent $14 in duty to receive the $6 item. I don't know should I just do it?

Hmm well I decided to make the incisions plus I adjusted the slip and it was much more comfortable.

All-in-all I recommend the sleeve add-on because now there is a lot less pain from the pressing of the rings on the penis.

Now I'm just working on being more consistent in my use :cool:

Has anyone else had this problem? To get rid of the air bubble with the sleeve on you must have the sleeve come out of the bottom of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and fill that up with water.Then you carefully push it back into the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and if you did it correct all the air bubbles between the sleeve and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] should be gone and when you put your penis in it, it shouldn't let any more air in. It works pretty well I find.


BUT all of a sudden I cant even use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] anymore because it just starts braking ALOT of blood vessels on top of my shaft.... This never started happening to me until recently... I cant get a good pump with out having my whole penis covered with broken blood vessels.... This never started happening to me until recently... I cant get a good pump with out having my whole penis covered with broken blood vessels.... Its kinda pissing me off cuz it was like an over night thing from Pumping from 30-60mins a day with no broken vessels at all to 10mins and my whole penis with red spots everywhere.... They happen to anyone also? or am I alone on this one...

I've got the same thing all up and down my shaft. I used to get tiny red dots from using the Jelq Device, but then I would notice I would be thicker days later. After a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session my dick is red and dotted but it goes away after 8-12 hours. I think this is from getting extreme expansion.

I'm still trying to reduce water retention. I've tried shorter sessions with more extreme pumping and it works a little better. I also tried using a condom and that helps but its kind of a pain to go through condoms like that. I've rather use them for their intended purpose.
 
I'm going to try again next week.
