So I guess it's best to give a run down of my personal background. I started Penis Enlargement many many years ago over at another site called pridepenis (pre [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words]) where the likes of DLD / RED kept the place alive. Finally DLD started this fantastic haven and I feel it really allowed me to get stuck into Penis Enlargement.

My issues was always motivation, always had the best intentions but it would just be a bit on and off. I was fairly young when I started 17-19 and to be fair I just let other stuff get in the way. Despite this, I still saw gains, sadly a lot of this were documented at PP but I have a feeling it was roughly 5.75 BPenis EnlargementL and 4.5 EG. During my Penis Enlargement time I raised to 6.25 BPenis EnlargementL and roughly 4.75EG. After having over 5 years off I am happy to say iv'e lost around .15 BPenis EnlargementL and maybe a little girth. I put all this down to a lack of any maintenance program.

Anyway time has flew, I graduated uni, got a good job and started working out at the gym. I actually put loads of effort into the gym along with strict diets and I feel this has whats encouraged me to get back into Penis Enlargement (bar wanting a big dick). I feel now I have the maturity and ability to motivated myself.

I'm moving to Canada in Sept and have quit work to spend time with family and get ready for the move so I have plenty of free time and no real excuses.

Starting stats are listed below, pics will be uploaded later today. Iv'e already ordered new clamps (they were my personal favorite), a adjustable cock-ring to give ADC a go and possibly a new hanger as my BIB has sadly died.

Any input, suggestions, or new exercises that have taken the Penis Enlargement world by storm please or just general articles please get in touch, many thanks.
 
So last night was my 'first' Penis Enlargement session back, it was more just a taster than a proper routine and a chance to measure. I still have a few Penis Enlargement tools I need to get today to maximize workouts, the usual baby power, bandages etc etc to help with stretching grip.

Looking good Punky, I just found this thread. When is you next measuring session? Your routine looks decent and 40 minutes is plenty of time to train.

I won't like i'm very excited and also slightly nervous being my first pump and so early on in my return to Penis Enlargement. So felt a lot more recharged after my day off, it nearly turned into two due to the house being packed with family today (weekends are always a tough one) but I managed to get some in there. The workout was split into two parts as I kept being interrupted. After doing the initial routine I planned to leave it at that but wasn't quite satisfied so managed to get a bit more in when people went to bed.

The reason being is that it's always the girth section that gets split which I originally did to make sure I kept a good EQ throughout all exercises however I just feel that I'm not getting as much expansion as previous workouts.

Also noticed that I post the wrong date on my last workout, that was for the 24th.

I won't give details yet because it wasn't a proper measure and I still have over a week left but it was a good motivation boost. Changed my girth part of my workout slightly to see what sort of pump I got (it relied more heavily on [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]). Over all it was a good end result, I plan on mixing my girth up quite a bit to keep it fresh.

Fantastic day today. Had an early start as I had my theory driving test, which I passed first time with 49/50, put me in a great mood for the whole day. Came straight home and got stuck into it. Over-all I felt I had a great workout, the pump after was one of the best I've had, I put a lot of this down to the fact that I entered the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] at a good 50-60% erection and when finished I was mighty impressed. Will be entering at this state from now one as it really blew me away with the expansion. It's a tough one to answer at the moment, I only got it on Monday so I'm not even a week into it yet. I'm using the site that red posted and from reading that and the packaging it came in, it gives the full works like most Penis Enlargement products....size gains, harder erections, improved blood flow etc.

The main reason for the purchase was to help improve circulation to get some EQ back and because it notes it's good at helping minimize the risk or certain injuries typically cir cum to a Penis Enlargement'er. I have noticed that I am getting more frequent erections without any catalyst from myself and my penis is becoming more veiny which I do like the look of.

Over-all I'm hoping I notice a bit more result wise if I'm to purchase another bottle. I would recommend however that if you do decided to purchase to get ether #1 or the home blend one off that website as I got #2 and didn't realize till it arrived that it had a lower amount of leech oil in it which may explain why my results are slightly low compared to some people in the original post. I will keep a log of improvements over the next month.

Wow, been a few days since I managed to update my progress. It's been a hectic few days, getting all my driving and tests booked before I head out to Canada, very stressful but finally (after today) I can see a light at the end of the tunnel.

Penis Enlargement wise things have been good, I took the weekend off (I planned to take at least one day off) as I was away at a friends place and had little privacy. Started back on Monday, which marks my final week before measurement which I will do this Sunday.

My last post I made a typo again, that workout was conducted on the 29th, not 27th.

Thanks DLD, couldn't agree more. I won't be slacking, the difference is this time round (like you just mentioned) I am enjoying my workouts a lot more and thus my motivation is pretty high. I also have until Sep before I see my GF again so I have a good few months were I can really make some noticeable differences and 'surprise' her, this for me beats everything.

Defiantly my toughest / most demotivated day for Penis Enlargement so far. Was up late last night so I really over slept and the time I woke up at was normally the time I would have finished the majority of my workout. To top it off I had such a bad migraine that I thought I was going to be sick, so long and short Penis Enlargement was the last thing I wanted to do. Needless to say as it's near my measurement date I stopped being a bitch and got started. Completed my stretching and decided to have a break before I started girth. My head was still pounding and when I start the girth workout I struggled to get hard, due to my head and de-motivation. I couldn't get into a sexual mood that I needed and to top it off my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] was playing up and was losing suction a lot. I decided it wasn't happening and blew it off. A few hours later and I'm sitting there pretty pissed off that I had bailed, so decided to give it one last go. I admire your dedication, especially on an off day. I can relate, there are days the last thing I want to do is Penis Enlargement but I know if I push through it I will be happy. Sometimes you just got to fake it to make it work. You have a bright future laid out and one off day is not going to stop you. What does not kill us makes us stronger. We are a unique breed here, not every man can do what we do.
 
Exactly, I feel this is the difference (compared to be back in 2003), I just have a more 'grown' up attitude to Penis Enlargement and sticking it out, I have learned the value of 'nothing worth having is ever easy'.

Thanks for the motivation guys, you are both a great inspiration for me. If anything getting through the off days for me really increases my mental mood and gives me such a great sense of a accomplishment, also if I added up all my days Ive been tempted to skip a session I would be at least 4/5 workouts down.

Anyway today is a a rest day for me to prep me for measurement day tomorrow. It's been brought forward two days for two main reasons, the main being just so I can start Monday nice and fresh and the second to get me on track to compete in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] championship, which I urge all to get involved in (see main forum). The purpose of this post to set up a few new things for month two of my comeback. The first being changes to my routine. These will not be drastic as I know I have made good progress with this current workout (had a cheeky measure last week) and I am a firm believer of not changing something too much if its working. The changes have been brought in to help maintain a simple flow on my workout to make sure I still do the same amount of exercise but decrease time spent. The other is that I have played around with numerous girth workouts and I will be simply using the one that gives me optimum expansion.

Excellent post Punky! You really have everything down to a fine science, I can see you have done a ton of research. I hope some other men get involved with the competition, the more the better. The new progress reporting is awesome too, big ups to Medicating for that! This type of progress report will give you information right down to the minute, it will really make it possible to fine tune the routine with simple comparisons. Both you guys have me very inspired!
 
sadly no updates for pics / gains at the moment, they are there but I just cannot get a strong enough erection to measure. This past week has been extremely stressful and Ive had a lot of anxiety so I'm going to put it down to that. POA is to delay measurement just until I fell i have a good erection, at that point I'll measure so hopefully before then end of the week.

I do know Ive gained around .25" BPenis EnlargementL from measurements last week but I really just want to confirm it all first. Penis Enlargement will resume as normal today and masturbation is on hold.
 
Fantastic Punky! .25 in BPenis EnlargementL is amazing! A quarter inch! I think you'll find your new log layout much easier and you'll begin to realise how much work you're really putting in and you'll push yourself hard to reach those goals.

It's great to see that you're competing in the championship too. It'll be great fun and as you said, it will keep us on track. With regards to the measurement, don't stress over it. It took me two nights to get pictures and my erection still wasn't as hard as I like. There's nothing penis-hardening about trying taking a photo with one hand while trying to measure your penis with another hand. It's very hard to get a real accurate measurement when you're trying to take a photo too. Just keep trying and it'll come.

I can relate to the frustrations of measuring. Camera shy is too light of a phrase, my penis sees the lens and freaks out. I suggest taking a viagra and once it sets in measure to get best results.
 
Yea the picture thing is a bit demotivating as I really want the pictures asap, but my EQ isn't great all round, recently I have been around 80% when I have had to get hard myself, I get a few good morning wood days which are just what I need to get this stuff rolling. I'm gonna inquire about some viagra and look down that alley.

Anyway note to dabble on the bad stuff too much, got on track with starting my routine today, some minor glitches I need to iron out but nothing major. My flaccid hang makes standard blasters a tad hard so I'm gonna go hunt for a bar of shorts to get them to work, other than that went well. Felt some good intensity, good expansion of the girth too.

Day two down and another good day. Really want to get a strong week so putting a lot into my workouts. There's still some fine tuning I need to do in reference to girth works-outs and really trying to maximize expansion. Over-all got some good Penis Enlargement today and did an extra 20 minutes clamping on top of my normal workout. I decided to drop the idea of getting some viagra for now, I toyed with it but after I had issues with my card on some websites I decided for now, to drop it. After Ive got a few good nights sleep and de-stressed a bit my EQ has picked up.

I have purchased a few standard supplements to see if they help minimize this in the future, these being. L-Argentine, Ginkgo Biloba and Zink / Copper.

So after de-stressing a little and getting some proper sleep I got my EQ back up (just in time for the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] competition) and had an official measurement day.

BPenis EnlargementL : + 0.3
NBPenis EnlargementL: Unmeasured
MSEG: + 0 - 0.1

First and foremost the BPenis EnlargementL. Very chuffed with this, this is the biggest gain I have made in EL since I ever started Penis Enlargement so a great motivational boost, it also takes me to the longest I have ever been length wise and is a personal record for myself.
This takes me up to 6.4" with a target of 6.7" come next month.

MSEG, I always struggle with girth and I find it can be such a tough measurement to take as it seems to be based so much on EQ The pics show it at 4.75" but there are measurements were it was at slightly less and some still at 4.6". My main goal this month is to get a solid 4.75-4.8" and will be putting in some solid time in the girth camp to see what I can really pull out the bag.

I forgot to measure NBPenis EnlargementL but will get a photo at some point.
 
That is great news on the length gains! I am so happy for you. You also made a girth gain, if I am seeing that stats right, so congratulations on that. 6.7 should be very easily attained if you keep up the great attitude and hard work....maybe even 7!

Thanks DLD, I'm very pleased all round. Girth wise I'm sometimes a bit over the top with it, I want to be consistently that size for me to count it as a gain, but maybe I'm being slightly over critical, but hell it just means I should have more impressive gains next month.

Today was a great Penis Enlargement day, got great expansion on the girth side of things (probably one of my best yet) and also got in 35 min's of manuals.
