The more I learn about Penis Enlargement I learn resting is really vital in making gains to allow healing. I would say just dont push girth AND length so hard at the same time. Focus on one then once youve reached a goal start the other. Im concentrating on length now I believe all exercise on the penis is good for growth but I think doing the max of girth and length in the same time spans is a bit hard on your penis although I do think you would still see gains but maybe not as much as you could Get, in the long run.

I just measured my 4 month point of consistent Penis Enlargement and I'm happy to say that I've made some more gains

Everything is below in my sig, but the biggest gains were made in erect length, almost 1/2" in 2 months!! My girth gains were pretty low this time around. I didn't switch anything from the first 2 months to this last 2. Now I will switch my girth routine up a little bit. My length will stay the same.

I still can't believe the length gains this time.

Ya it was a little dissapointing that I didn't see similiar girth gains like before, but I did the same amount of sessions, 3-4 a week.
