2 whole days off Penis Enlargement because I was out of town with family, I felt like my gains were going to go away instantly. No worries though, I'm back at it. 4. Yes I use and overhand clamp at the base. I really "dig into" the base and clamp off then squeeze the head a little with the other hand then push down with that hand while pulling up with the clamp hand.

Personaly, I never go in or come out of the bathtmate with an erection, its hard like an erection but its not angled like an erection. So you want to clamp hard with one hand at the base and squeeze the glan with the other to make room for the squash. You will feel a decrease in erection or hardness during the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words], but the only way to keep it hard the entire time is to kegel and/or watch adult entertainment. I would say that its impossible to keep all the blood in the penis while your doing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] unless you do one of those two.

The more you do this exercise the better you will get because your grip will get stronger and hopefully you will be working on your kegels. If your feeling soft and theres no room between your two hands then stop and get hard, but if you have hardness and room to squash between your two hand then keep going. This is one reason I do 5 minutes [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]'s because its difficult to keep hard.

If the temporary pump is less I suggest making some adjustments to the routine. Maybe go with 10 minute Slow Squash Jelqs and 5 Minute [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] sets or the other way around. Sometimes switching it up is what you need.

I think I get an equal amount of expansion between each set, but I start to get the donut in set 4 and 5. I was thinking about cutting out set 4 and 5 and just doing the dld [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] girthblaster everyday instead of every other day.
