It is more of a push against the base while pushing down with the other hand. The idea is the "squash" the blood from base and top to the middle.

Yup DLD's got it, the head towards the base and the base hand towards the head--squash that shit. I never have to stop and stroke to get it 100% hard because its never 100% erect and when I kegel in blood every minute its enough to use to "squash". Also, when I grab at the base I'm almost digging in and pulling dick out and at the same time kegeling. And because I'm not 100% erect I don't have to worry about squeezing the head at the beginning to make room for the squash.

I was the same way my first year. I did girth training and did make a half inch gain but I put most of my work into length. After about a ear and more than 2" in length gained I stepped up my girth game with Girth Busters but as soon as Slow Squash jelqs were born I never looked back.

My penis has been fatigued from stretching for the last week which I love because it makes me feel like I'm doing the right thing. I feel like during a length routine that if at the end I still feel the fatigue feeling when I'm pulling out, then I need to keep going. Yes, I used this when I was hanging but because of my increase in weight and girth it became uncomfortable. Now I'm doing phase 1, blue whale, and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stretches.

60 minutes straight of manual stretching is alot. I don't remember if I mentioned this in my thread but for the last week or two I've been doing kegels thoughout the day. I don't count, I just do them, like right now. Whenever I think about them I do them.
