chiliwhacker, I was just curious as to why you only seem to hang SU and SO working the tunica? Have you every hung down to work the ligs? I think hanging will be my next step once I get more privacy.
 
I think, despite what LOT theory says, you should include downward stretching.
 
I agree with you guys, I need to start hitting the btc angle in my regular sessions. I was doing that but for some reason stopped, I think because my SO hanging was hitting the ligs as well. Do you think SD or BTC is the best, or do both? I remember doing btc before and it burned like crazy, all ligs.

I just read girthhammers thread on weighted v-stretches, it looked pretty damn cool, might have to try this sometime too.

Hung 20 pounds SU for 20 minutes, hung 20 pounds SO for 20 minutes, hung 7.5 pounds BTC for 20 minutes, 200 jelqs.

I hung btc again to hit the ligs because I was neglecting that angle, it burned pretty good. I tried very briefly the weighted v-stretch, well i guess it would be the inverted v-stretch. Since i have a pulley in my room I had 20 pounds on one end and tied pajama pants on the other. i pulled my dick through a loop i made in the pajama pants, held just below the glans, and the weight pulled up on the pants. I only did this for a couple of seconds because I was just messin around, but 20 pounds didn't seem much. It seems like it would be like hanging SU without the skin pull, but on the other hand it would be very hard to hold that position for very long. I'll give it some more time tomorrow and experiment with it.

My goal is to do 700-1000 kegels a day.

Little Length & Girth

But when I wait the extra day, 3 days, the first session after that 3 day layoff only gives me my minimum expansion like the 1"-1 1/8" temp gain. Its still good but i prefer the larger. I'm thinking because the tunica is still fatigued and can therefore grow more than when its fully rested.

I curious if anyone else has this experience? I'm going to hit length today 5/23/10 and then measure tomorrow!!

Well I know you are reaping havoc on your tunica with this constant expansion (good thing) so you may be just experiencing fatigue.

hung 15 pounds SD for 10 minutes, did manual stretches for 40 minutes in various positions(SD,SO,Blue Whale,right, left,under leg right, under leg left) It was a nice change from doing only hanging. Plus I can't seem to get a comfortable hanging session anymore. More skin stretching than I'd like, so I am hoping to buy a bib hanger very soon. My 3 products that I want to get are the bib hanger, a static stretcher, and the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. A hanger will be first in line.

Tomorrow's the big fuckin day, well hopefully its going to be big! Measuring and will post tomorrow.

Measuring Day!!

As you can see in my signature, I've gained in all areas! The two most important areas for me are EG and NBPenis EnlargementL. EG was up 1/4" and NBPenis EnlargementL was up 3/16". this is awesome. If I keep up with this pace I'll have my girth goal in 4 more months!! Length would take another year, but I know i can do more with my length exercises. My flaccid girth went up like crazy, a 3/4" gain.

So its a no brainer if you want girth you better go with DLD's [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Girth Blasters!! I like to hang but I need to get a new hanger so I'll be doing manual exercises until I get the new hanger.

I already chose my next measuring date of 7/26/10. This will give me another 2 months. I will be hitting length and girth later tonight

Damn Chiliwhacker you got some great gains! I'm very impressed with the 1/4" girth gain, but I knew you would get something near that with those crazy expansions. While you're doing the manual stretches I would suggest checking out the sock stretches. Prior to discovering them I couldn't get a stretch intense enough to feel fatigue but with those it has completely changed. Now Im wondering if I will make anywhere near those girth gains by only getting .5" expansion..time will tell. You are great inspiration for me, keep it up man!!

Its difficult to do Penis Enlargement when family is visiting, especially when you have a 7 year old knocking at your door every 5 minutes. It takes a couple of minutes to put away all of your pe equipment. Damn kids! :)
