Today I did a total of 45 minutes of length exercises, including 25 minutes of hanging 15 pounds SO, 10 minutes of hanging 5 pounds BTC, and 10 minutes of blue whale stretches. It was a real nice length day. I also did jelqs in shower, before length, and after length. I think that doing jelqs after my length routine really polishes off the workout perfectly.
I planned on going for 50 minutes of girth today but I went out tonight so I only got 30 minutes in. So 30 minutes of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] girth blasters and I got a 5/8" girth gain. Depending on how I feel tomorrow, I might go at it again for 50 minutes.
