Its been a couple weeks since my last update. I had to cut my routine off for a few weeks since I havent had much privacy. I have kept up with my kegel routine and I've had a noticeable increase in my erection quality.

Im almost positive that consistency and intensity will produce rapid gains. I noticed minor gains in just two weeks of consistent jelqing and stretching.

I also have a few stretches that I think are unique and will try to post a video or picture how-to.
 
This is one of the stretches I've been doing that requires a rod or piece of PVC. The other stretches will require some timing as I need two hands to perform the stretch. I highly recommend this stretch as it seems to be an inner (tunica) stretch.

Update:

I've been staying consistent with my manual routine and have been very pleased with my every day routine. I was able to achieve a flaccid stretched length of 8.2/16" yesterday while standing.

Update:

I'm glad the forum isn't having any further issues with pop-ups.

I had to take a week off from stretching/Jelqs last week and have only kept up with my stretching the past week. I should resume my jelq routine starting Monday.

I reached a BPFSL of 8.25 today, which I am very happy with.

Update:

I've been consistently achieving a BPFSL of 8.25". This is making me extremely happy. Most of my routine is focused around the fulcrum stretching with the bar and have been keeping my stretching consistent to every day for 30-60 minute sessions.

I'm also making some progress with my foreskin restoration project. I've been practicing tugging/pulling just about every morning and evening. I've made a lot of extra skin since I've started. Now I'm having quite a bit of skin bunching up at my glans.

That sounds amazing DLD. I'd love to get my hands one one at some point.

I do have a question for you that I hope you have some insights to. I've been really trying to stay consistent again with my stretching routine. Since ive started stretching again ive gotten progressively sore in the ligaments. I pop the lig just about every day... sometimes twice a day. I use a lot of force which may or may not be a good thing and im afraid I may start to see a negative impact.

Have you had experience with these symptoms and should I be taking a rest day or two to avoid injury and promote growth?

Congrats man. You said previously that you're doing 30-60min sessions, most of that being fulcrum stretching. Are you still doing this routine?
Also, are you still doing chemPE?

Most of my stretching is balanced at this point. However, I try to emphasize a new jelq-stretch I've come up with that gives maximum stretching and expands the CC. I get more of the expansion of a horse squeeze. I feel that I can expand and deform more with this exercise.

I do a morning/afternoon/evening stretching routine. I also do some stretching in the morning and after work commute. I can share the stretches later. The morning and afternoon are very short and the evening routine is the meat and potatoes.

Routine:
Rice sock 10min
all direction stretching 10-15min
seated straight-down stretches 5min
seated under the leg stretches 5 min
Fulcrum Stretches 10-15min
jelq-stretches 10-20min

I don't remember what it exactly is but I think it's the lig actually stretching and popping across the pubic bone... but I can't be for sure.

Ive gained 1/4 inch in length in about 3 months.

Why did you stop?
Curious to know as others have their own reasons. Difficult getting erections w/o chem assistance, pain, sourcing, not having enough time for waiting on erections, and random ETC.


The routine looks good though. Surprised you're not hanging.
 
The trick to gaining on pge-1 is to make short cycles of it and not have a long continuous run of it. You also want to keep dosages as low as you can and only make minor adjustments when absolutely necessary. So, I stopped cycling to take a break and then the source ran out.

I loved the chemPE, but without a good source it's useless. I was beginning to experiment with igf-1 in my PGE-1 with interesting effects the last month of my cycle.

Only 2 (kingsnake/OMG) people doing this reported that happening, but there are not very many actually reporting on chemPE. So if you think about that, it still makes it a high %age.

I wish there was a way other than just taking days off, to take it out of your system to the point where it's highly potent and still effective @ lower doses. Like killing the half-life and making receptors too used to it to the point where you need 30mcg+. Read a lot of people doing 2mcg's and then a month or 2 later are upwards to 50-100+mcg's. I don't see very many people sourcing papaverine either.

What do you mean by interesting effects w/ IGF-1? Were you sure of the source you were getting it from? Wish the pure stuff was cheaper, but then again you can never tell. Not even sure if there is an IGF feeling that you can feel in order to determine efficiency.

You also need bac/DMSO, needles, ETC syringe junk and maybe a stress ball depending on your pain threshold.
Also need a plan B if your erection does not want to go down.

Not sure where he got his, but the prices from what I see now are upwards of $100-200 per 10mg. I priced that out to $260-400 or so per year, depending on the source.
Much less if you're doing a group-buy.
10mg = 200 pins @ 50mcg per pin
@ 5x a week x 52 weeks, that's 260 days of pinning throughout the year
So you would need 13mg for a year supply.

You don't start @ 50mcg though. If it's very potent most start around 2mcg and work up depending on EQ time/%.
So you could be looking @ less product/cost per year if you're a good responder. Less if you do 3/4x a week.
