Only in the beginning did I feel like I was overdoing PC work. As time went on I was doing kegels all day, just by habit.

Great work man! Here's the thing, when we get to a point where we can do these excersizes every day without tiring our dicks then we are not achieving maximum gains. Maximun gains come from extreme stress every other day, its just like bodybuilding, you don't work your biceps super hard every day because you will kill them, but you also dont just train at a mediocer level because you will only really maintain them at that level. In other words, what i'm trying to get at is if this routine is getting easier now then its time to step it up and make sure that it is very difficult for us to do. I will post back in a bit.
 
This routine should only be done after a couple months of PFM conditioning;

The "Resiflex"

This is a very simple but effective excersize that I've created for resistance Kegaling, with a combination of length gains. First, this is optional, get a 15% erection and kegal a little blood into the head of the penis. The second thing you do is grab just behind the head with an "OK" grip, palm facing up. Now you need a fairly strong grip to do this, while sitting or standing, with a strong force stretch straight up towards your bellybutton and hold. Now with controll kegal hard and you will feel your penis "tug back", that is exactly what you want to feel and should be hard to pull your penis back in to your body therefore creating resistance. Release your kegal and your strong upward stretch should instantly pull your penis to the starting position.

The reps:

100 then switch hands to get a fresh grip, 10 times. You should not rest while doing the 100, but once you finish the 100 take a few seconds in between to take a break and switch hands, and from the wise words of DLD, if you start to get tired finish them anyway.

10 sets of 100 EVERY OTHER DAY, if this for some stupid reason is not intense enough for you then stretch harder while you do your kegals.

Originally as I read the start of this I did my usual ADD misread on the explanation. I thought the work out was 1 loooooong hold and then 10 quick squeezes. So that is what I have been doing. A set of 3 longs each followed by 10 quickies. Is that correct?

All I can say is that today while doing my post Pe "special' jelq session he he he. I had the wildest pre come experience ever. My GF says I am the king of Pre come anyway, but today it was like a mini orgasm complete with massive pre come.

haha, no its actually hold it as long as you can three times. On the third hold just when you think you cant hold it any longer hold it for ten more seconds.

I'm glad things are going well for you admiral! It will only get better if you keep going hard. When you do this routine correctly you will notice faster gains!

My dick is much harder when erect, when it comes time to hold back my ejaculation it is easier, when I allow myself to ejaculate my dick stays hard for miniutes after the explosion. My orgasms feel WAY better. I will continue to advance in this area.

That was my experience too. My penis too was staying erect for a while after ejaculation.

Oh, another thing I've noticed is at night while I'm sleeping I'm geting very hard and long lasting erections which are amazing!!!!!!!! Penis Enlargement while I'm sleeping!!

I've been waking up with a damn hardon every morning when I take a piss. I knock things over with my dick walking to the bathroom :(

Then again, I think most of that is chemically induced :)

It doesnt get better than that bro! I can only imagine what level of Penis Enlargement will be produced at night 6 months down the road from now If we are consistently gaining PFM strength.
 
I guess I'm having the same effect as you guys. I'm noticing that my morning wood is like a fucking baseball bat these days. I wake up with raging hard ons in the middle of the night.
