It's tough to break the lazy habit of not doing the kegels consistently, but I'm working at it. (We are such creatures of habit, aren't we?) I do at least three sets of 50 morning, noon, and night. That pretty much exhausts the muscle for the A stretch and the reverse kegels with the blaster. That is such an awesome exercise. I have hit 4" (stretched totally flaccid) above the belly button a couple of times already.
The kegel is surely the most multifaceted exercise out there. There are so many benefits from it. Doing the blasters helps me remember to kegel throughout the day. My erections had been flagging lately, but I see a difference already and I've only been back at it for a couple of weeks. It's back to basics for me, like it was in two thousand and three.
