Interesting! I'll find out!! It might take me a little while though. I know that i am no where near having it too strong yet, in the past i've had it almost twice as strong as it is now. People train certain muscle groups for years. I guess that doesnt mean that something could go wrong in this situation. ah well, i'm pretty determined to find out.

I must say though, I have had some crazy night wood lately. I hadn't really had it before the last few days. I think concentrating on girth work has helped the most, but perhaps also doing the kegal exercise listed on the first post here.

I had read (in the link) this man's explanation and illustration several years ago (at Thunder's), and it makes a lot of sense to me.

I guess over the years, I have been contracting the B.C (near the anus) along with the P.C., (I was never able to isolate the P.C. only), so my stamina has improved regardless.

In any case, since I've been increasing the length and reps of the kegals, my woodies are improved, (as usual) and my flaccid girth as well. I awoke this morning, not with a woody, but with a flaccid girth (at the base) of 6.25". This is exactly what my BPenis EnlargementL base girth is these days. Interesting.

I still have trouble understanding what a "reverse kegel" is. Would someone like to chime in and give us a simple, understandable description of a "reverse kegel?"
 
If you were peeing and you tried to force it out faster, those are the muscles used to reverse kegal. It is not necessary to pee while doing a reverse kegal.

Well here is the way i see it, sorry i thought about this a lot but i cant seem to expand on this topic very much. The bigger and stronger we make our pelvic floor muscles the more we just need to learn how to reverse kegal and keep these muscles away from our prostate. I see no reason to not be able to have well built muscles and just be able relax and keep them away from the prostate. Another thing is, if you are strong you can orgasm and contract your muscles and hold back your ejaculation, which i have done, and just keep going.

I think there are just different ways of controlling ourselves and we need to choose they we want to do it.

Please dont bash me if i'm wrong, just bash my opinion. That is all it is.

This thread is becoming monumental! I am so happy to see guys taking this internal work as important. When I was in the beginning phases of Penis Enlargement I put so much importance in PC work and I know it benefited my gains big time.
 
How are you guys doing? On sunday i kinda wussed out cuz my stomach wasn't feeling that great, it kinda made it hard to kegal, I should have just done it though, i was such a wuss! haha Other than that i've been going pretty strong every other day!
 
I've had the flu the past few days.

I tried doing some kegals today but I almost threw up from em lol.

Have taken some time to re-evaluate everything in light of the new info mentioned above by goinfor. Also confused as to why my 1/2 inch gain has gone to 1/4 inch...?
